Like you do for him, he would also shorten your name down to just the first syllable. This way he wouldn't get in trouble for showing too much PDA while on duty and he could maintain his cold reputation in the ranks, but he'd refuse to let anyone else call you it. In the bedroom he found that calling you 'cadet' was actually a huge kink for him.
Jean
We all know that Jean would give you a name like 'Jean-ette' so that he could show affection yet still be on the cocky side of things whilst saying it.
Marco
Marco would be old fashioned and switch between calling you 'sweetheart' and 'darling'. He wanted to show you how much he loves you at every opportunity.
