A/N: This was inspired by daugterofthanos's poem :) It's amazing, please check it out! Also potterheadivergent has great poems so I just thought I'd mention that :) Non-poetry wise, SophieAbnegation's book 'A Sapphire Among Jewels' is nice too :))

Another day without the sun,

But where is day?

Can someone please explain?

Doesn't the day exist without the light?

Even if there isn't the sun, shouldn't all

Flowers bloom like they used to do? 

''Greenery should be able to live without me.''

Hasn't the sun already said so?

Isn't the moon able to shine light like it usually does?

Just give me a straight answer, please?

Kindergarten children everywhere, they used to

Lie in the sun when it was there, but now they're all gone.

Missing rays of sunshine, it's now reality,

Now the sun is gone, we will never ever be the same-

Opposing the moon is no one,

Please tell me that the sun will come back again-

Queues of people to buy fireflies to light up the place,

Rain doesn't fall as often as cows used to graze,

See what happens when you meddle, even in grace,

Tell me that you'll come back, dear Sun,

Unless you're back to shine your light on us,

Vanilla ice-cream and sunny days, they'll never be back again.

Wandering around in the darkness, I guess that this is an echo of the

Xylophone they used to play when 

You were there, lighting up the world around-for even 

Zephyr's wind is missing your sound.

This might've gotten a little confusing, this being the first time I've tried one of these and all, so here's a short explanation. Basically, the Sun vanishes after the persona? banishes him/her, which put the world into chaos. The flowers were dying, there were no more days at the beach, and everyone was unhappy, even the wind gods. The persona is confused and wants the Sun to come back, regretting his decision as he realizes that without the Sun, there wasn't light and happiness like he thought there'd be.
