Chapter 5.

The bus slowly pulls to a stop and I look around. The bus ride had been about a day and a half but I finally felt the bus stop. I picked up my bag and stepped off the bus onto the familiar road and watched the bus fade into the sunset. I breathed in the fresh air and walked down the familiar road. The road went through fields and straight thought the other side of the city. I took a left where the dauntless living ground to see if I could find Tobias. I walked through the empty halls and looked in the empty rooms. I turned around and walked back towards the entry way and out into the blinding sunlight. And a buildings I had never noticed before was there. The rear of an apartment building came into view. Maybe Tobias got an apartment? I knocked on the front door. A middle aged woman with multiple bags under her eyes and 4 children answered the door." Excuse me but you wouldn't happen to know if someone by the name of Tobias lives

In this building do you?" She shook her head and closed the door. This is going to be harder than I thought. I repeated the process until an old man answered the door. " Excuse me sir, do you happen to know any one by the name of Tobias who lives in the building?" The wash of relief was evident as he directed me to the right apartment. Number 323 one floor above. I thanked the man and ran up the stairs. I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. A very tired Tobias answered the door but no doubt it was him. I huge grin appeared on my face. "tobias!" I said and he perked right up. He saw me and a confused look grew on his face. "Tobias who is it?" I heard coming from inside the apartment. Tobias grew very serious and said "no one" in a tone I hadn't heard since I was training. And in that moment I realized he had moved on without me.
