All you have to do is Screen the photo on Superimpose or an app that allows you to screen photos.

DUSTY EFFECT
This effect is found in Afterlight BUT because I'm nice (or like to think I am) here are some of the effects (↓). All you need to do is go on Superimpose or an app that lets you screen images and screen one of the photos below.

I highly recommend getting the app Afterlight there are different color options for all the different kind of effects. I can't just give them all because there's a lot.
