Strep Throat- Thaiyo

The kids are going on tour in Europe and they are going to London to have their first show in Europe. Everyone was excited except for the youngest who felt really sick. They went to the airport and Thaiyo started coughing which concerns his older bandmates.

Zoe: Eh? Do you think Thaiyo is sick today?

Raphael: I believe so, did you bring cough medicine?

Zoe: Yup, Thaiyo drink this before we board the plane, it's for your cough.

Thaiyo: Thanks.

Zoe: Your welcome, just don't overdose it drink 5ml once a day.

Once they boarded the plane, Raphael started to plug in some earphones and played some offline games, Yuto plugged his earphones and played Pokemon Go! everyday, Aidan plugged his earphones and stared at the window along with Zoe and Thaiyo had a sick feeling. He drank plenty of water from his bag to help his throat. When they arrived, they went to their hotel in London and Thaiyo went to bed immediately. Zoe managed to check his temperature before bed time.

Zoe: Thaiyo, I need to check your temperature, you might have a fever.(checks Thaiyo's temperature) You're on 38.9°C, are you sure you could perform tomorrow?

Thaiyo: (nods)

Zoe: Okay, make sure you take your cough medicine okay?

Thaiyo: (nods)

Zoe: Good night.

The next morning, the kids went to the venue where they'll perform and they are backstage practicing their instruments. While they're doing that, the 5sos manager came in and told them about their songs.

Matt: Okay so you will perform some 5sos songs here. The ones for the first batch will be End Up Here, Heartache On The Big Screen, Disconnected, She Looks So Perfect, Don't Stop, Good Girls, Everything I Didn't Say, Beside You, Long Way Home, Heartbreak Girl, Amnesia, and Out Of My Limit. The ones for the second batch will be Money, Hey Everybody!, Permanent Vacation, Jet Black Heart, Waste The Night, Fly Away, Girls Talk Boys and Invisible.

Raphael: Just don't cry like last time okay Zoe?

Zoe: Okay.

Matt: And the ones for the last batch will be, Dirty Laundry, Complicated, Girlfriend, All The Small Things, I Miss You, Immortals, Irresistible, Sugar We're Going Down, American Idiot, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Because Of You, Want You Back and Youngblood.

Raphael: Wow that's alot of songs.

Yuto: Yeah I know, but I won't be playing the piano too much.

Thaiyo: (raspy voice) But I will sing too much (clears throat) (normal voice) but mostly I have more solos

Zoe: It's okay, show's in 30 minutes just drink plenty of water.

Thaiyo: Okay.

30 mimutes later is show time and the kids got their instruments and went on stage. Their songs for the first batch was fine until Good Girls when Thaiyo lost his voice in his solo.

Thaiyo: 🎵But if you look then you won’t find her there, she may be clever but she just acts too square🎵(voice cracks)

Zoe: 🎵'Cause in the back of the room where nobody looks she’ll be with her boyfriend🎵

Raphael: She's not reading books!

Zoe: Umm actually we should stop now Thaiyo lost his voice.

Raphael: Dang! Okay sorry guys we have to cancel our show tonight so see ya in a few weeks.

Zoe: Cus our youngest got Strep Throat.

Raphael: See ya guys.

Backstage...

Raphael: Thaiyo, we should've not been performing when you got sick.

Thaiyo: (tries to talk)

Zoe: Just text us.

ZoeTria5sos: It is the inflammation of the Larynx.

ZoeTria5sos: The Adam's Apple, it enlarge when males hit puberty.

Ashton came to pick up the kids so that they could go to the hospital for Thaiyo to feel better. When they arrived, they went to the doctor's office and he got Strep Throat.

Dr. Tan: So Thaiyo got Strep Throat and I recommend that he should not eat anything with dairy products, sweet foods and drinks and cold drinks.

Ashton: Then what do we prescribe him?

Dr. Tan: Some Antibiotics, Throat Lozenges and Cough Medicine. Take 1 antibiotic capsule after breakfast and 2 before bed time, take throat lozenges every 4 hours and take cough medicine after 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ashton: Thank you, so how long does he have to take these?

Dr. Tan: Until he's better and since he's the lead singer, I recommend him not to shout or scream.

Zoe: So does that mean we have to text him or whisper to him?

Dr. Tan: Yup, hey I think you guys have a special connection. Is she your girlfriend?

Thaiyo: No actually she's my best friend, she told me she has no feelings for boys.

Raphael: Yeah doctor and she's completely smart you know? One day she would be a doctor like you.

Dr. Tan: Aww that's so nice, you guys Asian like me?

Aidan: Actually I'm not Asian only Raphael, Yuto, Zoe and Thaiyo.

Dr. Tan: So see ya guys the next time you get sick.

Ashton: We will Jianhao.

After a few weeks, Thaiyo felt better and he is finally able to go back on stage and be the lead singer along with Zoe and Raphael.
