Its been three month since we got trapped in SAO, but has been one month since Itashi and I met Yamada.
Itashi was walking in front of Yamada and I, "So guys I have great news" Itashi started walking backwards to talk to us, "Oh my god you're finally coming out of the closet, I knew you were gay Itashi" Yamada said with a cheeky smile, " Ya know what fuck you" as Itashi saif that we started laughing, "But no, seriously though, we have culminated enough money to get new gear and..." he patted on his leg to do a drum roll, "Enough money to start a guild" Yamada and I began to clap, "Lets go get gear first and we'll see what we have left afterwards" everyone nodded in agreement to my statement. We stopped by a blacksmith's shop on the corner of the town center, "Alright guys, we have 400,000 gold, we'll split 300,000 of it" Itashi handed us the gold bags, "Well everyone I'll see you in a bit" everyone went they separate ways, I stayed in the blacksmith's shop and began to browse the gear.
"Hi, welcome to my store" the voice was cute and soft, but I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from, " Excuse me sir can I help you find anything" she said as she tapped on my shoulder, "Holy shit" I jumped forward and turned to her, "Hi I'm Lisbeth, I make some great gear, is there anything you are looking for in particular" Lisbeth giggled to my reaction. I took a deep breath to gather myself, " I need lightweight armor and something to replace this" I handed her my trident, " I also have a question, do you know anything about an ability called chained wielder" she tilted her head, "I've never heard of anything like that, but I have an idea" she grabbed two daggers off the wall and handed them two me, "Try and activate it, but I'll need those back after this" I nodded my head and swiped my menu down. I scrolled threw my skills until I found it, Chained Wielder, the image only had a set of fists with chains wrapped around the wrists, I tapped on it and daggers began to glow.
"Looks like my idea is working" Lisbeth said as a long chain binded the daggers together, "This is awesome" I said as I began to spin them around, "Show me what you got in small weaponry" I handed her the daggers and she brought me to a table with at least a hundred daggers and other small weapons, "Is it alright if I pick them up" I said looking over everything, "Go for it, just come to the front as" she yelled to me. I picked up a few daggers and observed them but nothing to my liking, but something caught my eye. A few daggers were covering something, I reached in and my jaw dropped, it was two matching daggers, they had handles that ended with loops like kunai, the blades were pyramid shaped and surrounded in spikes pointing downwards, the handles were wrapped in red leather and the metal was a matte black.
"These are perfect" I said to myself as I walked to the front, "Did you find anything" I nodded with a big smile as I set them on the counter, "I also forged something to replace your trident" she set a black and ivory trident on the table. The trident had a black demon hand that looked as if it were reaching for your soul, the shaft was black with an ivory middle, the middle looked like angel wings that gleamed in the light, the trident head had a devilish look with an ivory cross at the base of the head. My jaw dropped, "I'm definitely getting that, now last thing armor" she nodded, "Follow me" we walked into a room in the back with a single manikin that had armor on it, "I got this out, figured you'd like it based off your last trident" I walked up to it and immediately loved it. The armor was black leather with a tattered hood, it had a belt with a royal blue pouch, under the hood was a witch doctor's mask that was made of steel, the eyes gleamed red and the nose was long with a bone texture.
"Lisbeth, you're awesome" I turned and hugged her tightly, she blushed and shyly hugged back, "So how much do I owe you" she smiled as she backed up, "Well since you have been so nice I will lower the price, so all you owe is 50,000 gold" I happily gave her the gold, "Hey, um sir"
"Just call me Midnight" she blushed and swiped her menu down, "Can I add you to my friends list" I smiled, "Of course" she sent me the request and I accepted it, "One last thing, is it okay if I change in here" she nodded. I swiped my menu down and began unequipping my armor, "You could've warned me" Lisbeth covered her eyes trying not to peak, "Sorry Lisbeth" I got into my new armor, put the hood down and let the mask hang around my neck.
"You can look now" she uncovered her eyes, "It looks great on you" she was redder than a tomato, "Thanks again, Lisbeth" I grabbed my gear and left her store keeping my daggers in my inventory and my trident on my back. I felt like a whole new person, but I decided to nickname my daggers, the name I choose, Scorpion Tail, and I shall keep this secret hidden until I need it, no one can know that I was a beta tester, not even Shinsuo.
