Changbin set down his phone after ending his conversation with Felix. He wanted nothing more than to continue with it, but at the same time he did not want to get too attached. That would not of been part of the plan.

All he had to do was plant the bugs and bring the boy in for Guren. If he failed to do that, well, it would be his own life on the line. Anyone who had failed or crossed Guren in the past were either dead or about to be. Changbin was not going to let himself be put on that list.

And yes, there was an actual handwritten list of the names of people Guren wanted dead. Felix was one of them.

Of course, Felix himself had done nothing wrong at all. It was his father that had crossed Guren by killing his brother. Now, Guren wanted him to suffer by taking away his own family. Afterwards, he would probably kill him too. Give or take a few weeks and quite possibly in the same way his son were to die.

By being tortured first.

Changbin had seen Guren's targets being tortured before. He knew all too well what was in store for Felix. It wasn't like he was monstrous for helping set up his fate though. In fact, Changbin hated this gang he was involved in. He was forced into this cruel lifestyle after he was abandoned by his parents.

Guren and his gang found him wondering the streets a few years ago after being disowned and banned from his house.

The reason, was because he had finally let himself come out of the closet. The second he announced that he was gay to his father, he knew that it was a mistake. His dad was homophobic and could not believe that his son had turned into the very thing he hated.

So, he was kicked out of the house and sent to live on the streets when he was only fifteen. And his mother did nothing to stop it. While she wasn't necessarily a homophobes, she was a drug addict and had never fully been in her right mindset. Heck, she probably didn't even know that Changbin, her own son, was kicked out of their house.

Once Guren spotted the young boy walking the streets at night, he came up to him and immediately offered him a job. Well, more like threatened him into one. But, he did offer a roof over his head and three meals a day so Changbin brushed off the threat and accepted the offer.

He often wondered what would have happened if he denied the older man's threat. Would Changbin had still been alive to this day?

Probably not considering how well he had gotten to know him over the past four years. He found it quite odd that Guren asked him of all people to join his gang. After all, there wasn't much that he had to offer at the time.

But now, four years later, they had trained him to be quite lethal and stealthy. He not only knew how to be the perfect get away driver, but he also knew how to shoot a gun and hold up a fight of his own.

Without Guren, Changbin would not know where he would be today. Because of this gang, Changbin had a place to call home.

There was more acceptance here then what he had gotten from his parents. They've never really loved him anyway. If they did, would they really allow their son to be out on the streets running wild with a gang?

Probably not.
