Forever and Always - a zhengkun story (ON HOLD)

Zhengting tossed his paddle onto the raft and dove into the water. When he resurfaced, he could hear people gasping and see them point at him. Ignoring them, Zhengting swam to Justin and grabbed his arms. "Justin, listen to me!" he yelled, shaking Justin fiercely. Justin coughed and looked up weakly at him, before collapsing into his arms.
Crap.
Zhengting used all his energy to drag Justin towards the raft. Justin, on the other hand, was on the brink of unconsciousness and could barely bring himself to kick his legs weakly.
Finally, he managed to get one hand onto what remained of the unraveling raft. The kid who tried to help just now stuck out his hand. Zhengting swam behind Justin and hoisted him up long enough for the kid to grab ahold of his shirt and arm. When he managed to grab Justin's other arm, Zhengting grabbed Justin's waist and yelled, "3-2-1-PULL!" Together, they managed to drag Justin aboard the raft. Justin instantly collapsed and started vomiting into the water. Wrinkling his nose, Zhengting managed to heave himself onto the raft as well with help from the kid.
By then, a speedboat had arrived and Zhengting could see another one heading towards the other raft. Lifeguards stood up and began waving their arms at Zhengting. "Give us the kid!" one yelled over the loud crashing of waves. Zhengting nodded and shook a puking Justin lightly. "Come one, we're bringing you back to shore," he urged Justin.
Justin nodded, still gasping for breath and heaving desperately. He tried to stand up but collapsed instantly after rising into a kneeling position. "Come on, I'll help you," sighed Zhengting, grabbing Justin by the shoulders and heaving him up to a sitting position.
Soon the lifeboat pulled over parallel to the raft and with the help of Zhengting, they managed to get Justin onto the lifeboat. "Thanks," said one of the lifeguards. Then he turned and yelled, "Alright, everyone, come onto the lifeboat one by one!" Zhengting clambered onto the lifeboat and immediately headed towards a choking Justin, who was lying on the boat heaving loudly and coughing, his face pale.
When they got back to the camp, Justin was rushed towards to the medical station ASAP while everyone else headed back to the cabins to shower before lunch. Zhengting was about to follow Nongnong back to the cabins when Cheng Xiao pulled him aside. "Zhengting? I just wanted to commend you for saving your classmate, it was very kind and courageous of you! I'm sure Justin would love to thank you as soon as he recovers!" Zhengting rolled his eyes inwardly. Yeah, right, he thought. With a smile and a nod, he quickly turned around and hurried away.
When he slipped inside the cabin, he found Xukun sitting inside the cabin in fresh clothes, his hair still wet from the shower. As soon as he saw Zhengting, he got up and said, "Thank you. So much."
"Um.... Ok?" Zhengting answered.
"No, seriously, thank you for saving Justin. Honestly," he said. "If it wasn't for you, Justin would—" He was cut off by the chime of his phone.
"Hey, go pick it up, I don't mind," said Zhengting, uncomfortable by Xukun's sudden friendliness.
Xukun turned around and picked up the phone, glancing at the screen. "It's fine, it's just Jinlian again."
"Why not answer then? It's obvious she likes you," replied Zhengting. Realizing what he had said, he immediately turned bright red.
Xukun glanced at him. "It's fine, I don't care either way."
"Why?"
"I'm gay."

Don't worry, I'm not dead.

Sorry, I'll try to update more often soon, but I'm not sure if I can cuz school started and I have so much stuff to do alr, so yea.
