The Harpercops Further Adventure with the Incredibles

Chapter 15

The crowd applauded for the Incredibles, Harpercops, and all their other superhero friends as they were awarded for their bravery and teamwork. 

Once again, they were true heroes.

"Who saved the world?" Mikey asked out loud in triumphant. 

"We saved the world!" The rest of the family cheered.  

"I said who saved the world!?" Mikey asked again. 

"We saved the world!" The rest of the family repeated.  

"I said-" Mikey kept saying before Kali interrupted him. 

"Stop asking!" The tomboy glared slightly at her boyfriend before she then smiled, giving him a kiss on the cheek as the family celebrated their victory.

After that, Evelyn was arrested for her crimes and taken away by police. 

"The fact that you two saved me doesn't make you right" She ungratefully told Elastigirl and Lady Sav, as she was loaded into the police car.

"But it does make you alive" Helen and Jane said to Evelyn as the police car drove off. 

"And I'm grateful for that" Winston came forward to them.

"I'm sorry" Jane told Winston, looking sorrowful. "But she'll go to prison"

"Well, I'm sorry she's rich and will probably get no more than a slap on the wrist" Violet said sarcastically. 

"That is soooo true" Kali, Mikey, and a few of the other kids agreed. 

"First of all..." Winston started. "Violet, I like you" 

"And who knows what the future may bring" Winston told the superhero family. "But I have a good feeling about all of you"

"Hmmm. Good feeling?" Frozone turned to Deavor as he left.

"Should we be worried?" Walter asked while Bob just chuckled lightly.

"You guys got the next shift" Helen told the boys before taking Jack-Jack in her arms while the baby cooed at her, happy to finally be with his mama again. 

"Yeah, we're beat" Jane added, as of now the two mothers would be taking a much deserved break to spend time with their kids. 

Kali, Violet, and the other kids were seen talking with Voyd and the rest of the wannabes, all had becoming good friends. Violet even apologized for having to punch Voyd while she was still hypnotized. Everyone then heard some tires screech and a familiar car come forward covered in some seaweed.

"Yeah, baby!" Dash smiled, getting the Incredibile back. "My sweet ride!" 

But Mr Incredible just gave his son a scolding look and had him return the remote to him, but soon smiled being proud of the kids. 

"Kids" Bob got the kids' attention as they all turned to their parents. 

"We wanted to say... we're sorry for being so overprotective to all of you" Bob apologized.  

"Yeah, we just got so caught up in worrying about your safety, that we failed to realize how capable you guys are at making the right decisions" Helen told the kids, proud at how much they've grown from their experiences. "No matter how drastic it gets" 

"Thanks for rescuing us" Bob told the kids and they all smiled back, happy that they've made their parents proud.

"And your father and I promise to stop pressuring you guys whether to use your powers or not" Jane told her kids.
