"Did Jordyne hurt you?" tanong kaagad ni Thrasher sa'kin nanag makalayo kami kay Hurricane.

He pouted and lightly pinched my arm. "Ikaw, ha! 'Wag mo akong daanin sa ganyan. I saw the both of you talking so your adorable antics won't work on me."
Bumuntong-hininga ako at sumandal ako sa pintuan ng kotse niya. Bawal bang umuwi na lang tayo, Thrasher? Ayaw kong pag-usapan pa 'to.
"Alam mo naman pala eh, bakit ka pa nagtatanong?" hirit ko sa kanya pero sinamaan niya ako ng tingin kaya hilaw akong ngumiti.
He's standing before me with one hand inside his pocket. Mukhang nakainom siya nang kaunti but he still kept his composure sturdy. His lazy eyes bore into me, making me feel intimidated and uncomfortable. Kahit anong tago ko, alam niyang naaapektuhan niya ako, kahit ano mang gawin niya.
"I really wanted to go to you." he slowly added and licked his bottom lip. "But Archie and the guys forbid me to. Kahit anong pagpupumiglals ko, hinaharangan nila lahat ng pwede kong daanan. I think they did the right thing though."
I'm out of words. I'm too stunned to even think of other things to say. Sometimes, I just want to hear his voice, talking about random things to me. Like how he was, how his day went and how he felt.
"My baby girl just defended me from her. My baby girl did that!" he said with conviction.
"Wala lang naman 'yun..." pilit kong pagtatabi sa pinag-uusapan namin.
He slowly tucked my hair behind my ears. He traced the outline of my jaw and slightly lifted my chin.
"I want to kiss you badly. Right here, right now. Can I?"
Lagi siyang ganito. Tuwing gusto niya akong halikan, nagtatanong pa siya. Oo, Thrasher, pwede mo akong halikan, kahit saan pa!
Hinihintay niya ang sagot ko at nakatingin lang sa mga labi ko. Hindi ko na pinalipas pa, ako na ang kusang lumapit para halikan siya.
He supported me by holding my waist as he was pulling me closer and pushing the kiss deeper. I felt the side of his lips slowly rose while kissing me. Na-turn on po ako.
"Kailangan kitang i-uwi. Baka hindi ko alam ano magagawa ko sa'yo kapag hindi tayo tumigil." he whispered on my ear and planted a soft kiss on my jaw.
