"I have never been in New York" says Alena once we introduce ourselves, I notice her quite confused but even so, she invites us to come in to her place.
"Actually, we're here to talk about a report you made about an officer in 2005," I tell her and I immediately notice that she starts to get nervous.
"It was a misunderstanding" she immediately denies "Besides, why are you interested? That happened here, not in New York"
"What happened?" Nick asks when he notices her nervousness.
Alena is silent, she seems to think a lot and her mouth opens a few times but she can not say anything.
"I was drunk" she says after a few seconds "It was a misunderstanding"
"What happened to make you think it was inappropriate behavior?" I ask, sitting next to her on the couch, Nick is standing in fornt of us.
"Nothing happened," she says again.
"The man you accused, is suspected of two rapes in Manhattan" I say showing him the photos of the victims "It would help us a lot if you told us the truth"
Nick's phone rings and he says he will leave the apartment to answer, once he leaves, Alena looks away from the photographs.
"I went to a club and argued with my best friend... I was very drunk to know what I was doing, I guess it was a lot of scandal because the guards took us out and then, they put her on a patrol and they put me in another" and I can see that she is uncomfortable with what happened "I didn't realize when the patrol stopped, but it did, then he took me out of the car and put me against a wall... I felt his hands everywhere, I was handcuffed, I couldn't do anything"
"It's okay, I understand" I respond with a nod to make her feel more confident "Did he do something else?"
"That night, no," she says in denial, and that's when her eyes start to fill with tears "I talked with my uncle, he's lawyer and he told me to make the report, that he would be with me throughout the process, so I did it... the next day he went to my house and said that what had happened was nothing, that he would give me a good reason to accuse him"
"He raped you?"
I don't need an answer because at that moment she begins to cry, covers her face with her hands and nods.
At that moment, Nick enters again and I know he has news.
"I don't know how he knew where I lived," she says trying to calm down. "That's why I withdrew the report, he said that if I spoke, he would kill me."
We stayed a few minutes while I try to calm her down, we tell her she will be fine and then we leave her apartment.
On our way to the car, I tell Nick everything that Alena told me when he left the apartment. With this, he has no doubts about Harrison.
"Fin and Rollins began to investigate in other places" says Nick on our way to the station "There is no modus operandi and the victims don't have similar characteristics"
"It is common for rapists to choose as victims someone they know" I respond.
"Exactly," Nick adds. "That's why they're investigating family and friends... There may be something that connects them to Harrison."

When we arrive at the station, Hank and Alvy are not still there, so with Erin's help, I'm in charge of placing the new information on the board.
