When Erin goes out of her bedroom, Nick is already on the bathroom taking a shower while I'm making some breakfast. She walks for the kitchen with a little smile, that kind of smiles she gives me when she already knows something I haven't tell her. She used that smile when Adam and I started dating and she knew it before anyone else.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" I ask her, and that question makes her laugh.

"You talked with Amaro?" She asks back still having that smile.

"I did"

"You're gonna tell me?" Erin puts her elbows in the kitchen counter and raises her eyebrows.

"What do you mean?" I ask her, pretending that I don't know what she's talking about.

She laughs again.

"Ok, I get it. If you want me to pretend I didn't see anything, that's what I'll do"

I look at her almost forgetting what I'm doing. She laughs again and walks to the refrigerator to open it. I turn around to her.

"I saw you and Amaro on the couch" she finally says.

"We just slept"

"I know," Erin says before drinking some orange juice "Are you dating?"

That question makes me think. Last night, we didn't say anything about that. We just kissed and went to sleep 'cause we were tired. Now I don't know if something has changed between us or if we are in the same place than before.

Nick gets out of the bathroom at that moment, so I don't say anything.

"I'll take a shower, would you mind?" I point to the stove and Erin nods understanding.

When we arrive at the precinct, Hank is already there and after he's sure that I'm okay after the talk we had yesterday night, we get to do the work. Adam comes in and he tells us more about Alena's past.

"Are you alright?" Antonio asks me when we take a break, he sits beside me. I nod 'cause I know why he asked that. There are only three people in this office who know what happened to me years ago, and they are Antonio, Hank, and Erin. Not even Adam knew it. "I have missed you so much"

"Really?" I ask him, one of my eyebrows raises.

"Yeah, I miss my favorite partner," he says, making me laugh.

"I miss you too, Tony"

"Don't call me like that, you know how much I hate it"

I laugh again and even though he tries not to do the same, he laughs at the end.

"I know," I say "But I bet all my money that you missed me to call you like that"

"Give me all your money, then" he laughs when my mouth opens up in a perfect 'O' pretending to be surprised "I hate to admit it"

"I knew it!" I say a bit louder and I give him a quick hug.

Antonio laughs and then he tells me about his kids and how many times Diego has asked for me.

"Sometimes he asks me if you forgot him"

"No," I say denying with my head "I love him, I could never forget him... I have to see him before I return to New York"
