I whisper, looking to BamBam who lifted Kat's top to under her chest "From what I hear, the cub is perfectly fine." He put his hands on the bump, closing his eyes while I got a new top on Chanyeol, taking his shoes and socks off, changing his trousers before putting him under the covers "How is she?" "What happened hyung?" "You were attacked. Katherine brought you back." "Is she okay?" "She just needs to rest. D.O is coming home, BamBam and his pack are staying. It's not safe anymore." "Why does she look ill?" "She only ate twice today. It's also because of the stress and she completely wasted all of her energy." "Because of me." "No, you didn't do anything wrong. When I got to my room, Lay was already lying down, fast asleep "Cute." I got ready and got into bed after turning the lights off, Lay moving to cuddle into me "Hey." "Hmm." He moaned, wrapping his arms around me "Shhh." I just smiled at him, leaning down to kiss the top of his head "Lay?" "Hmm?" "I love you." I whisper, hugging him tighter when he pulled away "What?" I growled, managing to get up and pull boxers on. I slowly got dressed, Lay helping me downstairs where everyone was awake "Eomma, what happened?" Katherine came over and hugged me, frowning "Ask Lay." I turned to said devil, who kissed me "I'm not sorry." "Did you hurt my Suho?" "Your Suho?" Chanyeol spoke, pulling her away from me "Don't worry Katherine, he wanted it." "As I said, next time, I'm top." I managed to sit down, Baekhyun smirking "How bad is it?" "I'm gonna kill him." "Anyway, welcome home D.O." Katherine hugged him as tightly as she could, all of us smiling "So what are we going to do now?" "We need to come up with a plan. They've got her parents at her very first home." Chen spoke, everyone becoming serious "I know how many is in the group." "How many?" "A hundred maybe?" Minho spoke up, causing me to frown "How would you know that?" "I used to spy on them." "You? A spy?" "Yeah, I used to be. Anyway, there's about a hundred of them, and 25 of us." "26. "I don't care, my parents are being held captive by a bunch of fucking leeches who are going to die for going after my family. Plus I am hella stronger than them, I'm faster than them and I DO NOT CARE." I yelled, Minho grabbing me "Katherine, calm down." "Get off me." I ripped my arm out his grip, going to attack Xiumin when Suho grabbed me, holding me back "Calm down pup." "Get off." I pulled away, getting really mad. I pinned Xiumin down to the ground, growling "You mention my cub one more time and I'll rip your head off. Got that?" "Sorry." I got up, helping him "Anybody mention my cub and I will kill all of you." "Babe, calm down." Chanyeol hugged me, sighing "I'm sorry, I'm just worried and I'm scared, I'm so stressed." "Wow, must be serious." "Yup." We payed before taking the stuff, heading home. We dropped the stuff off before I took off running to the store, seeing the boys walking around "Hey." I caught up with them, panting "Hey, did you run here?" "Yup. What else do you need to grab?" I frown, looking at the two carts "Meat." We went to the fridge section, looking through it all when my eyes landed on massive pieces of steak "Hmmm." I lick my lips, picking up about 7 packets, putting them in "They look so good." "It's you again." I turn to see the vampire from the mall, the one that told me about the kid "Hi?" "I see I was correct?" "Yeah you were." "You know this guy?" "Remember when I told you one of THEM helped me? It's him."
"Oh yeah, I remember now. What do you want?" The guy came over, looking straight at me "See those guys behind the small one?" I looked at the guys behind Jackson, nodding "They're on their side. They've been watching you this entire time." He whispered, the leeches looking at me but I played it off. "Look, that bacon looks so good." I purposely dragged them over to the leeches, watching them move while still watching "What now?" "I will keep an eye on them while you do what you need to?" "Why are you helping us leech?" "I helped her in the beginning. Plus even the cub knows it can trust me." "Wait....do you know about my parents?" "Everyone wants to feed off of them but no one has even dared." "What?" The vampire went to leave, all of them looking at me weirdly "Wait." "Yes?" "Why are you helping me?" "You're pregnant with a cub. The least I could do is keep you and your family safe." "Can you do me a favour?" "Depends?" "Give this to them." I took off my necklace, sighing "Tell them me and the baby are safe." He nodded and left, Onew rubbing my back "Right, let's get this finished." So we finished the shopping, taking it back "Where's your necklace?" "Someone who helped me a while back is taking it to my parents." "You trusted a vampire?" "If the cub trusts him, then so do I." We got the bags to the kitchen, D.O coming through to help "Out my kitchen." They all left except for me, both of us putting the stuff away "So how are the urges?" "They've been more like cravings, but I got them under control." "Good." "Now are you going to be going to school tomorrow?" "I'm gonna finish up with school before I drop everything to have the cub."
