I watched them fall asleep, getting up and going upstairs. I got a blanket, going back down and putting it over them, smiling "Hyung....... I'm sorry." "It's okay, we'll get through this alright? Don't worry Chanyeol, we're all here for the both of you." I hugged him tightly, petting his head "It's gonna be okay." "Can you promise?" He looked so sad and depressed so I just continued petting his head, sighing "I can't promise but I can only tell you." I whispered, looking down at him "We will do everything we can to help you guys out okay?" "Hmm? Eomma?" I turned and saw Katherine was half asleep so I went over, bending so I was in front of her "Hey creeper, how you feeling?" "I don't feel well." "Do you want D.O to make you something to eat?" She nodded so he went off, making whatever "Want me to move him?" She looked down at Baekhyun who was snoring slightly "Yup. I'm gonna spew." I lifted Baekhyun, watching Katherine bolt upstairs "Go Chanyeol." He went up after her when Sehun came over "I'll take him up to bed." "Okay."
I passed him to Sehun before tidying up a little, Chen coming up to me "Hyung?" "Yeah?" "Is she gonna be okay?" I stopped what I was doing, turning to everyone who stared at me "She has us no matter what okay? Don't worry, it's gonna be fine and they're gonna get through this." "Can you promise that?" "As a leader, it's my duty to protect all of you. Now that we have Katherine, Tao, Kris and Lay, we have to protect them because we are family." "But hyung-" "And now that we've got another addition on the way, I will do everything I can to protect her and their child." "Hyung?" "Yes D.O?" "How can you look after both of them when you have us as well? Won't it be difficult?" "I didn't become a leader for nothing." I smiled, putting my hand on his shoulder "So don't worry about me." I heard coughing and D.O passed me a glass of water so I took it up, knocking on the door "Hyung." Chanyeol whimpered, looking at me "Go downstairs, I've got them." He nodded and left so I went in, Katherine leaning over the toilet bowl "Hey creeper, I brought you up some water." I passed her the glass, watching her gulp it down
"How you feeling?" "I feel like shit eomma." "I would think so." I smiled, patting her back when she sniffled "Don't worry about me Suho. Focus on your group." "Well like it or not, you're part of our family now so I AM looking after my group.......I'm looking after my pack." She looked at me, tears in her eyes "You have 11 people to look out for, do you really want to add another two?" "There was already 11 of us before the other three joined, so now I have 13 people to look after. Even then, the others want to help as well!" "Suho-" "Even the new guys want to help and they've only known you for about an hour now." She hugged me tightly, sniffling now and then "Suho I don't want any of you to worry about us okay? I want you to focus on getting Exo out there." "I'm also doing that. The manager even loves you and he only spent about 20 minutes with you." I chuckled, rubbing her back "Come on, D.O made you something to eat."

We went downstairs, D.O immediately hugging me "It's gonna be okay." I hugged him back, sighing "Thanks sweetie. Now I heard you made me food?" He led me to the kitchen, passing me a plate "I made you some steak. You're carrying a pup, you're both gonna need a lot of meat." I put the plate down and hugged him again, smiling "Thanks Kyungsoo." I kissed his cheek before sitting at the table, digging into the steak "Oh my god this is so good. You're such a good cook." "Then you do want the rest." He got a container out of the fridge, sighing "I'm gonna be away for a couple days, I made you extra because I know you're about to get really hungry." "You're going away?" "Yeah, my cousin is getting married in a couple days." "Aw tell them your friend said congratulations." "But Kat......are you gonna be okay?" "Don't worry Kyungsoo, I'm gonna be okay." I hugged him once more, smiling "Are you all packed?" "Yup. I leave in the morning." "Don't worry, I'm staying the night so I'll be here to see you off." "Well I'm going to bed, I need to be up early."
"Goodnight Kyungsoo, If I'm not up when you're going to leave, will you come get me?" "I'll even cook you breakfast as a good luck. This next week without my cooking will kill everyone. They can't survive without me. Which is also why I'm putting you in charge of my kitchen." I was heading to his room while we spoke "Why?" "If there's one thing you don't do, it's test the patience of someone carrying a cub! No matter how far along they are, you do not piss them off." We stood outside his door, D.O opening it a little "Hey Kyungsoo?" "Yeah?" "See when you get home, can you tell me more?" "About carrying a cub?" I nodded eagerly, causing him to laugh softly "Of course I will, don't worry about that. Goodnight." I smiled before heading downstairs where I see Chen, Xiumin and Chanyeol crowding around the container with my steak in it "Yah, paws off dogs." "Excuse me?" They turned but shut up when they saw it was me "Did D.O make this for us?" "Paws off, it's mine." "Oh hyung made it for you?" Chen frowned, giving me the stink eye "Hi sweetie, sleep with one eye open." I threatened him, grabbing the container "Since D.O is going away, he made me this cause I'm about to get really hungry."
"Hungry how?" Chanyeol smirked, wrapping his arms around my waist "I'd suggest keeping your paws to yourself sweetie. We won't play nicely." I kissed him before putting the container back in the fridge. They were all in the living room when I went through "Alright idiots, get to your beds." "Why noona?" "Why? Did you just question me?" I suddenly got very angry when Suho stood up "She's right guys, we gotta say bye to D.O in the morning so we have to be up early." "Thanks Suho. At least someone listens to me." "Kyungsoo warned me so don't worry." I hugged him softly before looking at a sleeping Tao "I've got him." I bent a little and went to pick him up but got a sharp pain in my stomach, causing me to whimper "Noona? What's wrong?" Tao immediately woke up when he heard me, putting his hand to my stomach "Is it the cub?" "It's fine, it's passed." I smile, picking him up "Come on slugger."
I carried him up to his room, ignoring the pain "Hey noona?" "Yeah?" He nuzzled into me, slowly falling asleep "You're the best." I put him on his bed, took his jacket off and then tucked him in "Goodnight Panda." I kissed his forehead before heading out into the hall, grabbing my stomach "Ow." "Here." I turned and saw D.O with a hot water bottle, his eyes showing worry "Shouldn't you be sleeping?" "I was but I woke up cause I heard you in pain." He whispered, putting the water bottle on my hand "Use it......It'll help a lot." "Thanks Kyungsoo. Now go back to sleep." I ruffled his hair, watching him go into his room "Go." I chuckle, just when he was about to say something "Come and wake me up if it gets worse." I nodded and went downstairs, filling the bottle up "Hey are you okay?" Chanyeol wrapped his arms around me from behind, hands on my belly "I felt the pain." "D.O gave me a water bottle to help." I smile, but doubled over when it got worse
"Chanyeol." I whimper, grabbing his arm "What? Is it hurting again?" "Make it stop." I cried, tears pouring down my face when everyone came rushing downstairs "Noona, what's going on?" Luhan rushed over, placing his hands on my stomach "Noona......." "What's wrong Luhan?" He went quiet before he turned completely serious "Somebody phone him." "No way.....it can't be." "Somebody phone him right now." I could detect the fear in his voice instantly, causing me to grab his arm tightly "Luhan, what's happening to me?" "It's gonna be okay noona, I promise. But you need to stay calm right now." He kept rubbing my stomach, trying to ease the pain "Are you busy?......That's so cool." "Give the phone." Luhan snatched it away, putting it to his ear "You need to get over here right now." He hung up and focused back on my belly, Suho coming over and whispering something into Chanyeol's ear
