"Guess what Shanna said earlier today?" Leigh asked me over the music.
"What?"
"That we were going to kiss." She said as the music died down.
"Why would she say that?" I asked sort of shocked.
"I don't know, I think she thinks it'd be the perfect time to." Her lips were a light pink color and did look kissable.
"This song is by request. This is a thousand years." The dj announced.
"This is Rachel's favorite song!" She exclaimed.
We walked over to where Rachel and Scott were and Scott pulled me aside.
"Conner, I don't know how to dance." Scott told me worriedly. "What if I disappoint Rachel?"
"Follow my lead. Watch."
I walked up to Leigh.
"Leigh, we gotta teach them how to dance." I told her.
"I wasn't expecting you to say it like that, but yes we do."
