Chapter 12: The Truth Revealed

Draco set aside the newspaper and began to eat. "Scorp, how was your day?"

"It was fun, I got to swim today. Elsa helped me of course." Scorpius giggled.

When Draco finished eating he opened the newspaper to:

Three days ago, the world was rocked when Minister Bones brought forth a case that included Hermione Weasley and her husband Ronald Weasley.

Dracos eyes bugged out. He rememberd Blaise telling him that Weasel had abused his wife, but never got any details. He hoped to get some now.

Minister Bones continued to shock the Wizgamont when she stated that Ronald Weasley had abused his wife. She continued on with the trial, but Ron pretended to act as if he had no idea what was going on.
    The Minister asked two officals to peek into his head and see if he was telling the truth. When the offical had finished it looked as if Ron Weasley would get off clean.
    However, after a brief private meeting, Hermione Weasley had attempted to go into her husbands mind, where she had to pass a wall to acess all the memories of Ron abusing Hermione.
     Ronald Weasley was sentaced to life in Askaban with no chance of ever being set free.

Dracos feelings for Granger rose up by a thousand. He wanted so badly to find the brunette and apologize as himself, but he would never get past the doors without being hexed badly.

Draco groaned, what should he do?

"Thank you for letting me apologize personally Hermione." Molly smiled.

"Its no problem." Hermione replied.

Once Hermione was alone, she was unsure what to do with herself. Luckily, a voice came out. "Hermione?"

The brunette turned to find a blonde haired woman in the fire. "Hi Luna!"

"Would you like to join Blaise and I for dinner?"

"Umm..."

"Daphane and Colin are coming too, please Hermione, we miss you." Luna pleaded.

"Ok. Where at?"

"Madam Paddifoots Teashop in.."

"Hogsmead. Ok Ill see you in 5?" Hermione smiled.

"You know it." Luna nodded.

Moments later, Hermione turned into her cat form. She had neglected to turn since Rons abuse. She stretched and came over to full length mirror.

Her fur was spotted a lot more than usual, causing the cat to yawol in agony.

Hermione became human again before turning on the spot to meet up with her friends.

"Where is she?" Daphane asked at once.

"Relax, she'll be here." Luna sat back just as Hermione entered the tea shop.

"Im sorry Im late. I needed to visit Tabby." Hermione winked at her friends who understood. Tabby is the name she gave her cat form.
