Crushing chapt.2

Emily's point of view: I had a great time with Jack and I loved the way he looked at me with his amazing smile. He seemed more happy when we were no at school which most people are but he was different. The next day I woke up early so I could stop at Starbucks before school to get Sarah and I drinks. when I got to school I found Sarah talking to Jack but when I walked up to them they got really silent. "good morning what is up with the awkward silence all of a sudden?" I said. "oh we were just talking about math" Sarah said. I knew that wasn't what they were talking about but I just brushed it off. Sarah thanked me for the drink and she headed to her class. Jack quickly grabbed my hand and said "hey beautiful your coming to the game tonight right?"he said "ya can't wait" he kissed my cheek and we walked into class.

Jack's point of view: "hey Sarah she said she is coming to the game make sure everything is perfect" I told Sarah

I was planning something for Emily tonight and I hope it all goes well. the game had started and I talked to Emily a little before and kissed her on the cheek as usual. I want to be with her but I barely know her so I think what I'm gonna do tonight might make us get closer.

It reached half time and the big screen lit up saying EMILY PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE FEILD

Once she had stepped onto the field the song girls did a routine and at the end they were holding up signs while I walked up to her with roses. the sins read will you go to homecoming with me? She looked so surprised and happy and the most important part was when she said yes.

Emily's point of view: I saw the big screen saying to go on the field so I did but I was really confused. than all of a sudden the song team started dancing and I saw Jack with flowers and the signs. I ran up to him have him the biggest hug and I softly pressed my lips against his, I felt so lucky to be asked by him. Halftime ended and Jack went back on the field to play the rest of the game which they won! I didn't get to see Jack after the game but I talked to Sarah all night on the phone about how she was in on it the while time and so was Katie. I should have known.

I put the flowers in a vase and took and got ready for bed. tomorrow was the weekend so I was going dress shopping tomorrow with the girls. I slowly fell asleep thinking about The dance and Jack.

In the morning I took a shower, brushed my brown perfectly strait hair and placed a couple bobby pins in it. I got dressed in my new forever 21 high waisted shorts and a crop top. I grabbed my bad and headed out to pick Sarah and Katie up. after picking them up we went to Windsor, I tried on several dresses until I saw this one hanging up at the very too. it was a strapless sweat heart lined dress, with jewels at the waist. the dress was long and looked beautiful I knew it was the one.

Jacks point of view: Homecoming was next Friday and I needed a tux, my good bud hooked me up with one from his dads shop. I was excited to take a beautiful girl to the dance.

The week went fast and I got a little worried, Emily wasn't there I've been texting her but I got know respond. I hope she wasn't mad at me for something or something like that. I finally decided to go to her house. As I knocked on the door a woman opened it and asked who I was, I told her my name and I was here to see Emily.

"I assume she told you about what happened?" she asked

"um no I don't know what's going on," I said politely.

"well I will let her tell you, her room is up the stairs and to the right,"she said. I thanked her and headed up the stairs, I knocked on the door. I heard a faint come iI when she saw who I was she got red.

"Hey why have you been avoiding me and not coming to school?"

Emily's point of view: I heard a knock on the door and didn't feel like getting up so I expected it to be my dad so I told him to come in. it was not my father it was Jack, he asked why I didn't respond to his text or go to school. I should tell him why but its so hard and the dance is tomorrow.

"Hey, take a seat." I say smiling

"Please talk to me about what's going on," he said

I could tell he was worried so I had to tell him. "Well as you know I missed four days of school because I was In a car accident and was in the hospital for two days,"

"What how did I not hear about this,why didn't you tell me I could have visited you in the hospital," he stared panicking.

"I wanted to tell you but I didn't want you to get distracted about me being hurt and for you to not be at school or practice,"

He asked me how bad I was hurt and asked if I could still go to the dance, I had really bad back pain and I got a concussion and I can go to the dance I just need to be with someone at all times in case I blank out.

He seemed relieved a little and I missed him so much, I'm glad he understands.

"I should probably get going," jack said

"Wait, please stay my parents are going out tonight and I don't want to be lonely also I really missed you. I pecked his lips and he cuddled in bed with me.

Jack's point of view: I woke up with Emily in my arms, I didn't realize I slept here. I slowly got out of bed trying not to wake her but she moved a little and her eyes opened.

"Good morning beautiful," I said with a smile.

"Good morning"she said.

I helped her out of bed and made sure she was good before I left. the dance was tonight and I made sure Sarah would help her get ready and I mad Emily tell her the news. I was gonna pick her up at 7:00 so I had the whole day to get ready and relax.

The click traced 6:09 and I decided I should get ready. I put on my tux and headed to Emily's house around 6:45 since she lived in the estates. when I arrived I knocked on the door which Sarah opened only to slowly reveal Emily. Emily looked amazing.

"Em you look beautiful," I said as kissing her.

"You don't look bad your self," she managed to giggle

I helped her in the truck while Sarah's date picked her up. We arrived and when we walked in to the dance I got us drinks and we took a seat. It was loud and a slow song came on. "Emily would you like to dance,"

" I really want to but what if a fall my legs are sore," she said

"You can lean on me, don't worry I won't let you fall,"

We made our way onto the dance floor and I held her close to me. I kissed her on her forehead and let her know she was beautiful . the dance seemed to come to an end so I took her home.

Emily's point of view: I felt safe in his arms and I had such a good time.

"Jack thanks for making this night amazing'" I said smiling

He grabbed me and pulled me in closer and kissed my lips like he loved me. I slowly pulled away only to hear him say I LOVE YOU. I smiled and told him I loved him because I really did, it only took two weeks for me to fall in love with him. we said goodnight and I headed inside to get ready for beg when my phone buzzed.
