Once everyone was done congratulating her Matilda went to look for her file. Matilda walks up to Victoire's room and knocks on the door next to her's. "Who is it?"
"Just me." Matilda says as she opens the door. Victoire lay on her bed devouring the file. "Interesting?" Matilda sasses and lays down next to her.
"Very. Teddy didn't let me touches his."
"You stole mine." Matilda laughs.
"I guess I did." Victoire smirks evilly, making Matilda laugh even more. "Lucas coming over tonight." Victoire asks after finishing reading another page in the file.
"Yeah. Dad invited him a while ago." Matilda says as she starts to play games on her phone.
"Cute." Victoire mutters.
Matilda gives her a quizzical side glance. "Vic, how are you doing?"
"Peachy, fucking peachy." Victoire spits catching Matilda off guard. "Here." she throws the file at Matilda. "I would like to be alone." Victoire give Matilda a look that makes her skin crawl as the look is something she never say decorating her best friend's face.
"Okay. If you need something, I'll be here." Matilda makes her way out and back to the kitchen confused by the way Victoire had acted.
"Tilly?" Matilda looks up. To see a grinning James.
"James." Matilda smiles happy to see someone was happy.
"How on earth do you expect me as a third year to be the captain of not only the Gryffindor house team and the school team?" James complains teasingly.
"You can do this. And if it gets to much you can hand over the house team to Rose or someone else." Matilda shrugs knowing it would piss him off due to the continuous competing between Rose and the rest of the cousins.
"No I can do it." James defends gaining confidence. "I am going to be the best captain." Matilda laughs.
"Sure you are." Matilda rubs his head.
"Hey, don't mess with the hair." James trows his hands up to protect his hair. Matilda roles her eyes.
"Tilly, Come help prepare dinner please." Hermione yells from the kitchen. Matilda sags in hate for the task making James laugh.
"That's what you get for being an adult." James jokes as Matilda walks to the kitchen but not before flipping him off.
Matilda is immediately handed a chopping board and vegetables by her Aunts Hermione and Ginny who work at making dinner. Matilda sighs and gets to work and gossips with her aunts who are the closets things to mothers she has.

Matilda sits in the living room curled up against Lucas after dinner. The Tv is on but Matilda only watches the program half heartedly as she is still on a buzz from getting accepted into the Auror training program. Matilda looks around watching the people she loves. James, Albus, Louis and Scorpio sit on the floor playing games of wizards chess. Dominique sits braiding Lily's hair. Harry, Ginny, Hermione and Draco sit chatting at the dinning table at the other side of the room. Bill and Charlie sit watching the TV intently just like Lucas. Victoire who still looks sour, sits with Teddy who is studying something to prepare for his second and final year of Auror training while a hand rests on Victoire's very obvious bump. It was peaceful and made Matilda happy even though she was worried about Victoire and her future.

Victoire sits alone in the living room. It's five in the morning and her bump stopped her form being able to sleep so she made her way downstairs to make herself a cup of tea. She sits in the quite unhappy with how things are. Becoming pregnant was never her plan yet her she is. Victoire is startled by the sound of footsteps walking down the stairs. She snaps her head instinctively to see Matilda wearing a shirt she recognises as one that belongs to Lucas. Victoire grunts alarming Matilda who hadn't seen her.
