"How long has it been since you've heard from Diana?" Fred Weasley asked curiously.
"Diana?" Harry Potter scoffed. "I haven't even heard that name since school let out."
"Easy, mate. She's still your sister, no matter what she's done," Fred reminded him.
"Unfortunately," Harry scoffed. "You know what she did to that poor guy in the village."
"Come on, she needs our support now probably more than she ever has; would you really have been able to do any different than she did if you were in her position?" he asked.
"Why are you sticking up for her all of a sudden, Fred?" Harry asked curiously.
"Harry. Mother raised to me to respect women; a gentleman doesn't allow a lady to be spoken ill of when uncalled for," he chuckled.
"Are you talking about Diana?" George chimed in. "Freddie's got the hots for her, eh?" he nudged him playfully.
"Do not," Fred argued.Diana Black shook her head, having to physically shake away the visions. One would assume that it'd be an advantage to hear what was being said about them, but it was more exhausting and inconvenient than anything else. She, Draco, and his parents were walking toward their seats down in the Minister's box as they passed the Weasleys, and Harry and Hermione above them, much to Diana's dismay.
"Blimey, Dad! How far up are we?!" Ron shouted.
"Well, put it this way," Lucius Malfoy called with a sneer. "If it rains, you'll be the first to know."
"Father, Diana, and I are in the Minister's box! By personal invitation of Cornelius Fudge himself!" Draco bragged.
"Shut up," Diana snapped quietly.
"Oh, come on, I'm just having a bit of fun," Draco smirked.
"Diana?!" Harry shouted in disbelief.
"Don't boast, Draco!" Lucius scolded, jabbing him with his cane. "There's no need with these people," he spat, looking up at the Weasleys and their guests as they continued on.They all were heading away in disgust, just as Lucius Malfoy tapped Harry Potter with his cane.
"Do enjoy yourselves, won't you? While you can," he smiled.****
The Malfoy and Diana arrived in the Minister's box, chatting with Fudge just before the game began.
"Very nice to finally meet your acquaintance, Ms. Black. It really is a pity about your father, by the way. Say, what team do you favor?" Cornelius Fudge asked.
"Well, thank you, Minister, I'm for the Bulgarians myself," Diana smiled.
"Ah, fine choice, fine choice indeed. I must be headed up to the podium for the announcement. I hope you all enjoy the game; it's not every day we get to host such an event," he nodded respectfully.
"No, sir, I suppose it isn't," Diana grinned.****
The game was over within a few hours, the Irish emerging victorious. Diana and Draco both protested as Lucius Malfoy subtly leaned down beside Diana, whispering in her ear.
"The time is almost upon us."
"Alright. They're waiting for us?"
"Yes, indeed," Lucius nodded.
"Lucius.... what is it that made you decide to include me in this attack, but not Draco?" Diana asked carefully.
"Well, Diana.... for starters, you're physically older than my son, and much more experienced in magic and battle," Lucius Malfoy improvised smoothly.
Diana frowned with a skeptical tilt of her head.
"Seriously, Lucius? I know for a fact that that's not all of it."
