Chapter 14

Jacks P.O.V

I should take this chance already! Let her get the know the real Jackson Overland. I looked at her beautiful sapphire eyes and smiled.

" Let's go on a date tomorrow." I said my stomach felt weird but I tried to keep my cool. I looked at her face, it was a crimson red and her eyes were wide.

" Um... Uhh.... Ok if I do say yes. Where are you planning to take me?." She asked sternly.

" It's a surprise." I looked at her and winked she crossed her arms and have me a stare. What's that's stare suppose to do kill me?

That whole ride she was staring at me.. And it was bothering me!! But I still kept my cool. I pulled up to her house and parked next to the side walk.

" Ok you're home can you stop staring at me!!" I snapped at her but she was so cute.

" Just tell me where we are going Jack!!." She whined

" UGH!!! Ok you know what!? Get out the car c'mon... I'm about to introduce myself to your family." I said and unbuckled my seat belt I looked at her and she had her mouth wide open. But I left her there and was walking up the porch until I felt small warm hands on my wrist pulling me back. Well trying to pull me back at least...

" Jack no please!! Please don't ok! I'll go out with you but please just don't." She whispered/yelled

Why didn't she want me to meet her parents? This reminded me back at the lab when we did those "get to know your partner sheets".
It's like she isn't happy with her family. Do they abuse her or something?!?!

" Elsa you wouldn't just give in like that... What's going on? With your family I mean?." I asked worryingly. She started to stutter and her eyes were watering looking from side to side figuring out what to say .

" Elsa-" I was cut off by the front door opening.

" Elsa honey how was ice skating?! Oh who's your friend?" She asked. She had light brown hair with green eyes and that is a little taller than Elsa. They didn't really look alike nor did Anna look like her as much except maybe the green eyes.

" Oh I'm sorry I'm Jack Overland." I held my hand out and she shook it . She seems nice, this must be her mom.

" Hi I'm Elsa aunt! Call me aunt Merrisa." She said with a sweet tone. Aunt? She lives with her aunt? What's going on here?

" Elsa the door will be unlocked dear. I'll leave you two alone." She said and closed the door.

I looked at Elsa who looked away ashamed. A tear ran down her face and her cheeks turned red. I looked around and saw 2 chairs on the porch I sat her down as I sat down next to her.

" I'm sorry Jack." She said

" Elsa what's going on? You can tell me... You can trust me." I said to her. I was really worried about her. She looked at me and then looked down.

" I don't know what to say.." She cried

" Elsa is she hurting you?! Or is the reason why you're living with your aunt is because your parents are hurting you and Anna?! I don't understand." I said furiously and she looked up at me with anger in her eyes.

" My parents will never hurt me and Anna!! Don't you dare say such thing!! My aunt wouldn't do that either." She said angrily. I never seen her like this it's scares me.

She have a big sigh. I reached my hand out and put my hand on top of hers. She looked down and smiled a little.

" You can tell me Elsa.. I promise I won't say anything." I said.

" My parents. They died. Back in London, my aunt was talking about having their bodies transported here, since most of our family is here and their deaths were only a 2 months ago." She wiped her tears and gave a big sigh.

" Elsa I am so sorry." I squeezed her hand tighter. I didn't know this , I wish I didn't accuse her parents of such thing.

" Its ok. Things happen right?." She sniffed and stood up.

" Are you alright? Do you want to talk about it more?" I asked. She needs to talk about it , she's been holding it in for a while she deserves to let it out.

" Maybe next time. I'll see you tomorrow. And can you at least tell my aunt where you are taking me?" She asked I nodded as she went inside to get her aunt. Her aunt came out and I asked her if it was alright. She agreed and said that Elsa needs some time out to have fun. Indeed she does and I promise I will give that to her.

She deserves it.

Her aunt went back inside and then Elsa came back out.

" She say yes?" She asked

" Yup!" I said happily

" Well ok. Here's my number so you can text me what time you'll be here." She gave it to me

Wow I can't believe it I got her number!! This was just like amazing! I didn't even have to beg or anything. Jack you are one sly dog.....

" Ok then. Hey I promise you, you will have fun tomorrow. " I said with a smile and walked to the car.

She was still standing on the porch as I got in the car. I turned on the engine waved and drove home, which was only a couple a blocks away. If it was walking to her house it'll be a 20 minute walk.

I got home, and Emma and Jamie crashed on the couch. It was 5:30 and I called Jamie's mom to see if Jamie can spend the night. I went in my room and took my shirt off and laid in bed staring at my sealing. Today was amazing well except the part knowing Elsa's parents were dead, but getting the chance to be with her.

Just thinking about her and me being together. It's like she is the missing piece to the puzzle, we fit together perfectly. Her parents are gone and mine is too, I don't like talking about it either, but I told her anyways. I never really had anyone comfort me and I know the feeling. So I know job is to comfort her as much as possible, she's is broken at the moment and I think it's my job now to fix the broken pieces.

I closed my eyes and smiled as I thought of her beautiful face. I fell asleep dreaming of my beautiful princess....
