Trying to keep my composure I smiled at Cross. This would bring some conflict I wished to never face again. Cross looked at me as his eyes harden from the recent news.
"Very well and as you know there are two new students joining the knight class. Shoto Isaya along with Maria." He spoke and as if on cue three people entered the room.
"Nice to see you again Kaien." Isaya spoke casually turning to meet my eyes, "ah well isn't it the last Kuran."
"Isaya nice seeing you again." I spoke calmly looking him over. One wrong move and my plan would crumble.
"Hello my name is Maria thank you for accepting me in this school." The female spoke with a bright smile. How atrocious for her to act this way.
"So tell me how is my darling baby sister? "Isaya asked eagerly.
"She is well. Not dealing with the news so well but she is good." Kaien spoke reassuring as if our previous conversation never happened.
"Lord Kaname!" Ichijo burst through the doors in a panic. All eyes in the room averted to him as he panted.
"What is it?" I questioned feeling rather annoyed.
"It's the Kiryu siblings and Yuki please Lord Kaname head master please follow me. Anxiously we follow Tamaki. Reaching out destination horror stuck me my darling Yuki laid against the wall covered in her own blood. I growled at the sight before me as Isaya smirked.
Lovely my sister wasn't the only one who had to suffer." He let out before walking off.
"Who did this?" I asked grinding my teeth together someone would pay.
"I'm not sure." Tamaki began to reply before a boy with white hair butted in.
"Zero Kiryu was the culprit. He attacked this girl for her blood." The unknown boy answered. I cautiously looked him over. This boy resembled Zero so much. This must be the twin that ran off with Shizuka Hio.
"Very well. Oh what is your name again Ichiru am I right?" I questioned more to myself as I made my leave. My pawn is getting out of control.
Walking back to the moon dorm I was caught up in my own thoughts. I want prepared for what was to come. I could hear glass shattering from the distance. My head snapping in the direction of the sound. Blood filled the air as I caught a glimpse of what happened. Jay stood on the window pane looking over the school yard. Her eyes a beautiful red shining under the moon. Blood dripping from her eyes as she cascaded down from the window. She looked elegant even in these circumstances. Memories flooded my mind looking at her.
"Kaname remeber that girl is of more royalty then we are. Her bloodline was the first. She will be crowned the true vampire princess." Mother spoke as we headed to the Shoto residence. There estate lined the country side. The drive way lined in sakura trees making the scene breath taking.
"But mother why is it so important to tell me this?" I asked looking up into her eyes.
"Because Kaname she is to be your bride."she answered honestly.
"Bride." I repeated under my breath. Only what about Yuki I thought she was ment to be with me.
Soon I was snapped back to reality feeling something touch my face. Looking down Jay's small hand rested upon my cheek as a smile played st her lips. She wasn't the same girl that I met at Crosses hous when she was a child. No this was the Vampire princess finally showing her true self.
"You are breath taking." I breathed resting my hand on her cheek as well. She looked up into my eyes smiling.
"Kaname." She breathed put pushing herself in her tiptoes. She brushed her lips against mine before locking them together in a kiss. I felt time stop as her lips met mine. I wrapped my arms around her holding her close to me. Before I could register our actions my eyes flashed a deep red. Biting my wrist I let her drink from me as I bit into her neck. A rush of pure ecstacy ran through my body as blood dripped from our mouths. Letting go our eyes met her returning to her pink shade.
"Princess you've returned." I let out resting my forehead on hers.
"My prince I'm glad you were here." She let out in a whisper as a tear fell, "you're safe."
"Why wouldn't I be safe?"I questioned concered.
"Rido had you. You were under his command. Kaname he could've killed you." She let out shedding a few more tears.
"You are right he did but I'm taking care of that please don't worry." I let out hugging the girl before me tightly. I was scared. Scared I'd loose her again as if she would disappear right before my eyes.
"Kaname please never scare me like that again." She spoke hugging me back just as tight.
"I promise that will never happen again." I reassured her. Picking her up I carried her to my dorm,"now get some rest."
An: I know it's short please forgive me I wanted to do something a little different don't think I'll do another chapter like this but 🤷🏽♀️ oh well
