Tododeku vs Bakudeku

Chapter One: The Day That Changed My Life Completely

Prologue:

!!BOOM!!

Midoriya's head jolted towards the sound of the explosion.

Present:

Midoriya could hear the screams of the people nearby and he knew he had to do something. He immediately started running closer to the source of the explosion. After some time, he got to the main road.

Midoriya was trying to run through crowds of people trying to run away and get to safety. He overheard someone saying that the villain had caught a hostage that appeared to be a junior high student. He finally got as close as he could to where the villain was when he saw something that could haunt him forever if he didn't do something. His childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugo, or as he called him, Kacchan, was the hostage. Midoriya, before he even knew what he was doing, started running through the crowd of people behind the police barricading the area so neither the villain could get out or people could get in, easily at least.

Midoriya got past it pretty easily and started running closer to the villain and threw his backpack or it trying to do some kind of damage so the villain would let his friend go. Even though both the heroes and the police were trying to stop him, he didn't stop, and he wasn't planning on stopping until his friend was safe. He started clawing at the sludge villain and grabbing onto Bakugo's arm to try and get him out or at least make it easier for him to breathe.

The sludge villain pushed Midoriya off of him but, Midoriya got back up and started running at the sludge villain again, but the sludge villain hit him even harder causing him to go flying back into a building that was already about to collapse. Midoriya noticed this and tried to get up and run to safety quickly or run back at the sludge villain to try and protect his friend, but he had started coughing again, 'I guess the impact just pushed it a little too much' thought Midoriya, before a form came running in faster than light and scooped him up and to safety, the building collapsing right after they were out of the way. Midoriya had his eyes closed shut waiting for the impact of the building so he didn't see who had saved him. He opened his eyes and didn't see anyone except the crowd of people, the police, the sludge villain, and Bakugo, still a hostage. His coughing calmed down so he started running at the villain once again and trying punching it when his body was engulfed in green lightning. When he punched the villain, with his other arm on his friend holding onto him to try and pull him out.

When he punched the villain a huge gust of wind occurred making the villain splatter all over the place (or whatever happened when All Might punched the villain) and causing the once sunny day, to become a cloudy, rainy one. Midoriya was already holding onto Bakugo so he pulled on his arm a little bit causing bother of them to fall on the ground. "WHAT WAS THAT DEKU!?" Katsuki yelled at the bewildered greenette infront of him. Midoriya looked as his friend, then to the crowd of people and police, who all had an amazed face at the thought that a junior high student could change the weather with a single punch. Eventually, Midoriya's eyes landed on the number one hero. His face reminded him of a proud father.

The police and pro heroes that were around started praising Midoriya and Bakugo about their quirks, especially Midoriya. "How did you change the weather with a single punch like that!?" One of the pro heroes asked. "I-I don't know.. it just, kind of happened.. I didn't even know I had a quirk until a little while ago when I punched the villain..." that shocked everyone, except All Might of course. This boy didn't even know he had a quirk until that moment and he changed the weather with a single punch. "How about when your older, you intern at my agency? I could use a great sidekick like you." Another of the pro heroes said, causing an argument between a couple of the heroes causing some time for Midoriya to get away. "Hey, where did he go?" One of the pro heroes asked. "Hey Deku, what the heck was that!? You never told me you had a quirk!"

"Kacchan, I promise! I just found out that I had one!"

"Yeah right. Like someone just gets a quirk when they need it like that!"

"I swear I'm telling the truth Kacchan!"

"Stop calling me Kacchan! It sounds stupid!"

"...Katsuki. You have to believe me... I said, even to the pro heroes, that I just found out I had a quirk. Do you think I would lie to a pro?"

Heading Midoriya call Bakugo by his first name somehow caused his face to heat up.

"Fine, I believe you, now go away..."

Midoriya smiled a little at that and started to walk away assuming he would need some time to adjust to his childhood friend suddenly having a quirk when he's always been a quirkless.

When Midoriya was in the view of the news crew they immediately rushed over to him to ask him questions. "The pro heroes said that you changed the weather with a single punch and that you just found your quirk today, is that true?" One of the reporters asked. "I.. uh.. yes, that is true..." responded Midoriya after hesitating a second. "What's your name young man?" Another reporter asked. "M-Midoriya Izuku." "And, how old are you?" "14."

Midoriya was surrounded by news reporters for a while until All Might came in. "Excuse me, may I talk to this hound man for a while?" He asked. "Oh. All Might, yeah just let me ask one more question... what is your quirk Midoriya?" Midoriya paused. "I... don't exactly know at the moment... I've only used it that one time so I don't know what else I can do with it yet..." Midoriya answered.

...small Time skip to when All Might and Midoriya get away from the reporters...

"So, All Might what did you want to talk to me about? Is it about what just happened?" Midoriya asked.

"No... it's not about that.. it's more about your future." All Might responded.

"My future?" Midoriya asked, confused.

"What high school are you planning on going to?" All Might asked.

"UA of course! I want to become the number one hero just like you, but, my sickness will just get in the way..." Midoriya said.

"Sickness?" All Might asked.

"I was born with a sickness that weakens my immune system, but instead of getting a temperature or throwing up, I cough up blood. Also if I take too much impact I start coughing up blood.." answered Midoriya.

"Oh..." All Might sighed.

"I'm kind of surprised that my quirk didn't cause me to start coughing up blood." Midoriya said.

They just stood there in awkward silence for a moment before Midoriya broke it.

"My mom is probably worried, I should get home..." Midoriya said.

"Ok, go ahead. I wouldn't want her to worry anymore." All Might answered quickly.

...Time skip to when Midoriya gets home...

"IZZUUUUKUUUU!!" Inko raced over to her son and engulfed him in the biggest hug ever. "H-Hey mom..." "Izuku I saw you on the news and I'm so happy! You finally got a quirk! I couldn't watch you suffer from being quirkless and having this sickness anymore... it was killing me..." Midoriya then felt something wet on his shirt. 'Is she crying?' He wondered. He slightly pushed his moth back and stepped away with his hands on her shoulders and gave her the biggest smile ever. "Mom, I'm just as happy as you are but, it makes me even happier  knowing your happy..."
