                          "BABE, what are your plans for Christmas?"

They were at her apartment. It was here day off. Almost always, Aura was there.

They were dating for two months now. Aura always fetched her from work and whenever her busy schedule would allow, she slept at her apartment.

Being in a relationship with Aura is a little new to Alexie. She is inexperience in a same sex relationship since what she had previously was with men. However, she is a pampered girlfriend. Aura is a sweet and caring girlfriend. She doted her with flowers and attention.

"No plans yet. Why?"

"Aren't you going home for the holidays?

She glanced at her girlfriend before she continues on clearing the coffee table in her mini living room.

Aura is currently sitting at the couch while typing on her phone.

"I haven't been home for a while."

"Why?"

She did not answer but she could feel her stare at her back. She just continue what she is doing. Aura did not push her though.

She took a bath after cleaning her place. She found Aura where she left her. She is sprawled in her couch but her long legs are dangling in its arm.

She went to her. Aura pulled her towards her. She ended up sitting in her middle.

"I'm hungry."

"But you're good enough to eat." Aura pulled her again. She is now hovering at her. She put her hands in between them. "Kiss me, babe."

She pecked her lips before pushing herself up. Aura sat properly so both of them could sit in the couch.

"What do you want for lunch, babe?"

"I want chicken and pizza." She answered immediately and settled herself beside her. Aura put her arm around here while making a call for their food.

She played with her finger while waiting for her to finish the call. She embraced her middle and kissed her cheek right after the call.

"Now," she lifted her and put her astride her lap. "When was the last time you went home?"

She stared at Aura. Her face means business. She sighed in defeat.

"I left home five years ago. It was my decision. I had a conflict with one of my siblings. She had an issue that is against my personal beliefs. "

"And?"

She started playing with the button of Aura's shirt. "Instead of creating a bigger gap with my family, I decided to leave."

"How was it for them?"

"Better?"

"Are you sure?" She shrugged. "Filipino is the owner of Sweet Surrender, right?" She nods. "You never went to the Philippines the last five years?"

"I did but I never visit the family."

"Where do you stay?"

She glanced at her and Aura is still staring at her. Her arms are lock at her hips.

"I used to stay at Shawn's apartment."

"A friend of yours?"

She laid her head in her shoulder. She felt Aura's gentle fingers stroking her lower back.

"My ex."
