            Alex's P. O. V

"Alex! How'd you sleep last night?" Thomas asked as I came into the kitchen "Good, actually!" I said with a smile sitting down at the table with him "Great! Dad and Sam went on a hunt, Bobby is out back, Lilly and Charlie took Thor, Loki, Toby, and Cap to the park, annnnd Cas and Jinx are somewhere around here" Thomas said handing me a cup of coffee "Thanks. Where's Cole?" I asked "He stayed up all night worrying about you so he's sleeping and I believe Bruce is with him" he answered, I nodded and we fell into a comfortable silence. "Look, I don't have a lot of memories with you, but what I do remember is you were a pretty good brother even though I was told you were my uncle, you were still like a brother, and a damn good one at that and I have missed you so much, if I'm honest I'm not happy about just now finding out you're alive, but I'm extremely happy to have you back" I said as a happy tears ran down my face "I've missed you too and I'm really sorry I couldn't tell you all sooner but this time I really was keeping you safe and I know you're probably getting tired of hearing that but, I had a shit ton of angels and demons on my ass looking for you and I had to get rid of them before I could come back, but I'm not going to be able to stay here with you" Thomas said grabbing my hands "Why?" I asked starting to worry "Because there's not enough room, so I'm going to rent an apartment in town and you can come over anytime you please, hell I'll even make sure you get a key" he answered smiling a bit "You are a jerk! I thought you were  meaning you couldn't stay here in town" I said wiping my tears "No! I just got here, I ain't leaving!" Thomas said as I got up "Wait Dad?" I asked, confused as to why the hell he called my Dad "Dad" "Yeah.... About that.... We'll explain that when-" Thomas started "No! You're going to explain it now! I am tired of all the goddamn secrets!!" I said slamming my hand down "OK, OK calm down...... When we found out Mom was pregnant with you she changed my last name to Winchester after telling Dean, then shorty after he adopted me and him and Mom got married in the courthouse and since then it's been "Dad" when you weren't around" Thomas explained "So you fucking changed you last name just to be my so called Uncle for 17 years?" I asked looking at him like he was an idiot "Yeah, I know it doesn't make sense, but it's all over now so please can we just drop it?" Thomas asked with an apologetic smile  "Yeah fine, I'm gonna go check on Cole" I said as I made my way to the stairs.

                     Cole's  P. O. V

Finally! I started to fall asleep, until I heard my door open, without rolling over I groan "What do you want now?" I asked, the annoyance clear in my voice "Well, I came to make sure you were OK" Alex answered, causing my eyes to go wide upon realizing who I had just snapped at "I am so sorry" I said rolling over and sitting up "It's OK honey" Alex said, now sitting right beside me "How'd you sleep?" I asked, laying my head down on her lap "Fine, what about you?" She asked playing with my hair "I didn't" I answered looking up at her "I was worried about you and I couldn't sleep" I said yawning "I'm OK, so you should get some sleep now" Alex said leaning down kissing my head.

                    Alex's P. O. V

"Will you stay in here with me?" Cole asked, moving his head back to his pillow "So I know you're safe" he continued before I got up "Yeah, I'll stay" I say with a smile, putting my phone on the nightstand and laying down beside him "Thank you Alex" Cole said now laying his head on my chest "You're Welcome babe" I say, once again twiddling his tiny hairs between my fingers.

               *Short Time Skip*

After about an hour of soft singing and rubbing Cole's back and arms, he finally relaxed and went to sleep, leaving me stuck underneath him, not that I minded though, it was quite comfortable and made me feel safe. Not long after I felt sleep slowly take over and I gladly let it, falling asleep with my big baby boy in my arms.
