    No One's P.O.V

It's been three weeks since the Leviathan case in Wisconsin but everyone was still there... Alex hadn't woken up yet, the doctors weren't sure if she would and unfortunately Cas wasn't able to heal her enough to wake her up... Everyone went to get coffee and food, but Cole stayed with Alex... "Alex, please wake up... I- We need you" Cole said holding Alex's hand, occasionally kissing it "We still have to get married and start our little family... If you go we won't be able to do that... Alex I need you... I love you" he said, as the lump in his throat got bigger and tears once again started to fall... a couple minutes later, Cole felt something run across the top his hand, He looked up to see Alex's beautiful green eyes "I love you too" Alex smiled, without hesitation, Cole stood up and gently kissed Alex on the lips for the first time in what felt like forever. Just as he was about to pull away, Alex wrapped her arms around his neck and deepened the kiss. Due to the lack of oxygen, they soon had to pull away "I love you so, so much" Cole said cupping Alex's face and kissing her nose...

                Alex's P.O.V

Cole and I heard an *ahem* and Cole looked behind him, to see Dad standing in the doorway of the room "You two done?" He asked coming into the room "The doctor is gonna come in here in a bit to check on you" Dad said to me, handing Cole a cup of coffee after we let each other go "How long was I out?" I asked "Three weeks, about a week after we got here they took you off the oxygen and yesterday you started rejecting your feeding tube..." Dad said and Cole cringed "What's wrong?" I asked looking over to Cole "Them taking the feeding tube out... it was bad" Cole answered "I had to leave the room" He added and Dad chuckled "Where is everyone?" I asked "Lilly wasn't feeling good so they went ahead a went home, they left about an hour ago" Dad answered "Where's Eva?" I asked "She went home with them... She was worried about you" Dad said "Really" I asked not really believing him "Yeah...She started crying when the doctors said you may not make it" Cole said "Huh" I said, staring off into space...

                  *Time Skip*

Not long after I woke up the doctor came in and took me to do a couple tests and now we're waiting on the results to come back... "I'm hungry" I say, breaking the silence "What do you want?" Dad asked "I'm craving sushi" I said "sushi?" Cole asked "Yeah, I don't know why but I'm craving sushi...... and Ranch" I said "You are so weird" Dad said "I know" I smile... As our conversation ended the doctor came in "All of your tests came back good, but there's one thing we caught in the urine sample and we'd like to do an ultrasound" The doctor said, looking over to Dad for confirmation, Dad nodded "Alright, I'll have a nurse in here in five minutes to do your ultrasound" The doctor smiled and left the room...

             Five minutes later

"Honey, would you like these men to leave the room while we do this" the nurse asked when she walked in as saw Dad and Cole "No, I want them to stay" I answered "Ok" she said, getting the ultrasound ready... "Oh my god" Cole said as he and Dad looked at the monitor in shock "What?" I asked... not being able to see it "Is that?" Dad asked "Yeah" Cole answered looking at Dean in fear and shock "How did you spot it so quickly?" The nurse asked "I went to school to be a doctor" Cole answered, still looking at the monitor "Babe, what is it?" I asked slightly panicking "A baby" Cole said looking over to me "What?" I asked "Alex, you're pregnant" The Nurse said, seeing Cole and Dad weren't gonna say anything anytime soon "Come again" I said, looking at her in shock "I thought you used protection?" Dad asked, glaring at Cole "I did... I think" Cole said "You can't remember?" Dad asked now sounding pissed "Last time I did" Cole said "When was last time?" Dad asked "The day we got here but it was before we left the house" I answered quietly "We can abort it if you'd like" The nurse butted in "No, thanks" I said with smile "I'll leave you alone then" She smiled... "Trenton outside now" Dad said sternly, walking out of the room "Good luck" I said to Cole with a smile...
