Emma's POV

My heart was pounding in my ears. Becky was here somewhere. Bleeding.

"Where is she," I heard myself talk, my eyes watering, making my vision blur.

Yet I could still see Charlotte's stupid little smirk.

"Here obviously," Charlotte said rolling her eyes, her smirk not leaving her face.

"Why do you have her? What did she do wrong?" I asked furiously, trying not to look back at the screen showing Becky.

"She is only here because of you, I got bored of just keeping you at my house so I decided to have some fun," Charlotte smiled, looking down at her newly done emerald green acrylic nails.

"Tell me she is alive, please," I begged, not knowing what else to say or do. "Barely, you don't have much time before she runs out of blood," Charlotte shrugged as I glared.

"What the fuck did you do to her?" I yelled as she laughed. "Don't worry, she is unconscious, I drugged her so she isn't feeling any pain. I'm sure she'll be waking up soon though, just like you will be," She said, as I looked at her confused.

"What do you me-" I tried to say when I felt a sharp pain in my upper arm. It felt like a vaccination but a lot

 worse.

"Ow, what was that?" I slurred as my vision started to get hazy and my head started to hurt.

My legs felt weak. I couldn't think straight.

The last thing I heard was Charlotte laughing before darkness consumed me.

...

I slowly started to wake up, I felt lightheaded as I sat up slowly, rubbing my swollen arm.

Where the fuck am I? My heart started racing when everything flooded back. Charlotte injected me so I passed out and now I'm in a damn room that smelled like blood and weirdly rotten fish or something.

It smelled even worse than the other room I was held captive the first few days after I got kidnapped.

I quickly looked around to see if this was the room Becky was in but it wasn't.

I wanted to sit and cry on forever but I had to get out of here and find my best friend.

"Looks like you finally woke up," I heard someone say as I whipped my head around trying to see if anyone was there but no one was.

"I'm not actually there stupid," Charlotte said as I sighed. "Charlotte just let Becky go," I yelled, assuming she can hear me.

"And why would I do that? The whole point of her being held here is because I want you to suffer trying to get to her before she dies," Charlotte said excitedly as anger boiled inside me.

"How long have I been unconscious?" I asked, suddenly remembering what Charlotte said about Becky not having much time before she dies. "Don't worry your friend here didn't die, I was trying to scare you and it worked," She said as I sighed in relief. "Oh no, did you think this was over? Sure the blood may have been fake earlier but I was just waiting to hurt her after you wake up, so you can hear her scream and cry out in pain," Charlotte informed me.

"Wait what? No don't touch her," I yelled out desperately. "Where is she? Charlotte! Where the fuck is my best friend?"

Just then I heard an ear piercing scream that can only come from one person.

Becky.

The screams didn't stop, neither did the tears flowing down my face like waterfalls.

"Stop! What are you doing to her?" I sobbed, burying my face in my hands. "Well, would you rather find out with her alive or dead?" Charlotte asked as I groaned.
