Ed's POV

I want to run home and strum my guitar and write a song about Audrey right now, but I can't. She wants me to come with her to shop for a dress to wear to dinner. Of course I say yes, I'm willing to spend time with her whenever I can.

We go to a GUESS first, it's 3 o' clock so thanfully it's not too dark. We closed up shop early and kind of didn't tell Emma, but what she doesn't know won't hurt her. And it's not like we actually get any customers.

When we walk in the strong smell of fruity perfume invades my nostrils. Nothing Audrey would ever wear, she's more of a flowery scent than a sickly fruity one. Immediately Audrey runs over to a lovely red knee length dress, modeled on the mannequin. "Oh my god this is gorgeous," she says, her eyes lighting up. She looks back at me after taking one off the rack and holding it up to her body. "What do you think? Cute?" She asks me. "I think you would look nice in it," I smile. She rolls her eyes at me. "Are you just going to say that about everything I try on?" She asks, walking towards the dressing room. "Well, this would look hideous on you," I say, pulling an ugly brown, green and red dress off of the rack. "That would look hideous on Megan Fox," She answers, laughing at her own joke. I lied. She would look beautiful in that dress. Megan Fox would look like a clown. "I'll be right out," she says, dissapearing into a dressing room. In less than a minute the door opens again. Holy shit. "What do you think?" She asks, turning to the mirror. I struggle to find words to describe the beauty standing in front of me. She re adjusts it in a few places then turns to face me again. "I think you look absalutely beautiful in it," I admit. "But does it really scream Audrey?" She asks, looking back to the mirror. That, it doesn't. It's extremely flattering, but I wouldn't pick this out for her. "Nah," she says, reading my eyes. "On to the next one."

Dress after dress is yanked off rack after rack. No luck at the GUESS. "Maybe we should try here," she says, pointing to a small vintage clothing store next to a Forever 21. "Okay I hate to be a total hipster but we need to go in here," she smiles, opening the door and walking in. It's pretty empty, but there are some wallflowers trying on grunge clothes which makes me laugh. Audrey seems to be enjoying herself, which is nice. As she scans each rack she picks up a few dresses per minute, until finally her hands are full. "You wait here, I'll be out when I find something I like," she smiles. It takes about 8 minutes before Audrey walks out again. This time, she's wearing a dark green velvet knee length dress that is sleeveless, but covers her collarbones. With it she wears a pair of black combat boots that go just above her ankles. She looks stunning. As usual. "Audrey, that's the one. I swear that's the one," I stutter. Her blue eyes sparkle in this lighting, the green from here dress also helps. "You think?" She asks with a smile. "I know. It's perfect," I clarify. "I guess that seals the deal!" She squeals, walking back into the dressing room. Ugh god do I have no self control whatsoever?
