Shelter

After the realization of his new look, he decided to get some food. The best he was able to get was some scraps, since he didn't have any money on him, but it would do for the time being. He then went to find some shelter of any kind, first trying the hotel, no; random people's homes, no, a tree, no.

"...God dammit." He'd look around in defeat, then end up staying on a bench. "...Yep nothing like a nice wooden bench to sleep on." He'd say sarcastically.

The sky would darken quickly as night approached. As he laid on the bench, he caught a glimpse of two red dots out of corner of his eye; when he went to look at them, they disappeared. "...And so it begins."

...

The next day he awoke to see storm clouds greeting him.

"..." He'd get up and try to look for shelter while eating the scraps he had. Eventually he'd find a different tree to hang out under for the time being. He'd take off his dirty lab coat and use it as a makeshift umbrella, hoping for the best outcome.

Some people would pass, most glancing over, some looking concerned or disgusted.

"...Y'know help would be appreciated, this is actually really uncomfortable..."

"...You need help?" It sounded like a woman's voice.

He'd look over and see what looked like a nurse, "...Yeah...kinda..."

"Come on, I'll get you a place to stay at, the storms here are terrible." She'd wave him to follow.

"...Thanks." He gets up and follows her.

She leads him to what looks to be a medical building, getting him inside and into a spare patient room, "Just stay here please, I'll start filling out things to say why you're here." She walks off.

"Wait...what're you gonna put...aaand she's gone." He sits down and looks around. The room looked somewhat of a storage room, there were medical supplies around, some lost and found clothing, and even a full body mirror on one of the walls.
