Has lived in all of the colonies for at least two weeks Or more. After what happend in Dira her brother and her traveled town to town. For a short period of time, they lived in their aunt and uncles house but sadly they couldn't afford to feed two more mouths so they kept traveling.
Hair: Tulane's hair is chestnut brown and longish, it ends 1/2 way down her back. Her hair is brown parted down the side pulled into a low pony tail. She has a few pieces of hair that is shorter than the rest of her hair which is grown out bangs but she trims to be apart of her look.
Eyes: Brown
Skin: White
Out fit: Tulane wears fire nation casual which is a red dress with a rope tied around her waist as a substitute for a belt, and some leggings underneath the dress along with black flat shoes.
Relatives: Tulane and Daichi are related to the care free acrobatic Ty lee. And her sisters Ty Lin, Ty Lat, Ty Lao, Ty Liu, Ty Woo, and Ty Lum their cousins. And her mother's sister and her husband (cousins mom and dad)
Skills: Living with her cousin's she learns many skills from each one.
Ty Lin taught her how to play the basic flute.
Ty Lat taught her how to how to dance.
Ty Lao taught her how to swim.
Ty Liu taught her how to play the harp.
Ty Woo taught her how to come up with smart remarks and insults
Ty Lum taught her how to do oragami.
And last but not least Ty Lee taught her how to eat healthily, become flexible, acrobatic's, and basic chi blocking.
