"Luke what the fuck just happened there? What are you gonna do now? What are we gonna do now? Why would you do that? He's going to tear you down, I'm not worth that! You are totally subjecting yourself to him, you're letting him kill you, what is wrong with you!? How could you be so stupid! But Luke, thank you nobody has stuck up for me like that. It was amazing, thank you so much." She said.

When he was listening to her rant, he couldn't help but wonder how he didn't notice how amazing she really is. He always saw that girl that Jack was talking about, but now he saw that it is all lies, that girl he was talking about, she's just not there. She was really a beautiful person and he was saddened by how they made her see the opposite.

"Sam calm down. First of all you're welcome, anything for you. Second, you are worth it, you're worth it all, and finally, it's ok. I'm tired of hurting you, and hopefully me being here for you for as long as you want me to be will make you forgive me." He said with sincerity creeping into his tone.

    *Sam*

As she listened to Luke's speech she couldn't help but have a few tears fall out of her eyes, she couldn't remember the last time someone was so nice to her. She looked Luke in the eyes and attacked him with a hug. She could feel he was surprised, but he quickly snapped out of it and hugged her back tightly.  As they were embracing, she could feel something wet hit her head.

She looked up and was shocked but what she saw. Luke was crying, over her! She wiped off his tears with as much love and care as she could. Just about she was going to say something, the bell rang.

    *Luke*

He could not believe that he cried in front of Sam, none less let her wipe his tears, as he looked at her, he was once again awestruck at how amazing she was. He intertwined their fingers and they walked to the bus hand in hand.

He made the decision to be dropped off at her house when he turned to look at her, she looked so fragile and broken. His parents weren't home to the next week anyways, and he was sure she wouldn't mind. The only problem was getting her to her house without either of them breaking down.
