Tina's POV
"Do you know what happened after you were unconscious Tina?" She said seriously and I shook my head. She put her head down and sighed and I looked at her wearily.
"What happened?" I asked cluelessly
"Tina.... Beyoncé was-
"Beyoncé was just stoping by to check on y'all and would greatly appreciate if y'all kept her name out of your mouths. Mom that's not your place to tell her that, it's mine." Bey said walking into the room, which was crazy because we didn't even here her come into the door. Jay was right behind her too.
"Beyoncé, who the hell do you think your talking to? Please don't get beat, just because your grown doesn't mean we won't whoop your ass. Out of respect for you I won't. But I still got a bone to pick with you too, so wait till you get off of work. I want your ass at my house so we can talk." Nessa said and it was so weird seeing her in mommy mode with my baby. I felt like I should've been but I didn't have the right, I gave that right up a long time ago.
"No." She said simply and it looked like Nessa wanted to jump over the table at smack her silly
"No?" Nessa repeated her basically daring her to say it again
"Yes, I said no. I've been working long hours and double shifts and I don't want to talk after work I just want to be with my man and go to sleep. But you can catch me this weekend." She said grabbing a water bottle and leaning back on jay as he leaned on the counter and drunk some.
"Beyoncé you really gone make me put my hands on you, try again." She said telling her to rephrase her answer
"Okay, mommy, I can't come to your house today because I'm going to be to tired to do anything after work. They got me working mine and kelly shift because kelly and the other doctor are out sick. So how about we do a Sunday dinner? After church." She said suggesting and Nessa nodded
"Okay we can do that, but you gotta get going to work so give everybody a hug since they won't see you tonight." Nessa said and bey nodded coming over to me and hugging my tightly and I hugged back just as tight.
"As soon as I'm good off work I'll be here all the time, it maybe around the weekend." She said in my ear and I nodded
"Okay baby, I'll be waiting for you." I told her softly
then she hesitantly hugged Nessa, that's where I knew she messed up because as soon as she was close
Venessa popped her in her lip then Beyoncé covered her mouth and held it. And jay chuckled and bey sent him a deathly glare but he didn't care he kept laughing then I laughed a little bit she sent me one to but I raised my eyebrow and he shut all that shit down
"Don't ever talk to me or your mom like that again. When you talk to us, you talk respectfully understood?" Nessa said and bey nodded then
"Yes ma'am." She said still covering her mouth and Venessa chuckled and bey sighed
"I gotta go, come on jay. Bye y'all, tell everybody I said bye" She said still covering her mouth and jay followed behind her laughing I turned back to Venessa and she sat back down.
"What happened to my baby while I was unconscious?" I asked really wanted to know now, I was getting worried.
"Bey was right Tina, it's not my place to tell you. You have to ask bey that question." She said and I sighed
"I'll respect that." I said before we continued talking about a different topic but I'd make sure when I got bey alone I'd ask her.
