What if after hiccup and Astrid got shot, they didn't get taken away and was left there.
"Peace." Hiccup struggled to say. His vision slowly got darker but he managed to turn his head to see Astrid also unconscious. "Astr-"
He blacked out.
Heather's POV
The gang and I were searching for Hiccup and Astrid after we got ambushed.
"Guys look, there!" Fishlegs said.
I squinted my eyes and saw two figures unconscious on the ground. We ran over to them.
I gathered Astrid in my arms with Ruffnut also holder her up and the guys doing the same with Hiccup. We saw a cave and carried them over to it.
I shook Astrid's shoulder. "Astrid! Hiccup!" I shouted.
"Wait look!" Snoutlout pointed out a dart sticking out of them.
"Fishlegs what do you know about tranquilizer darts?" I asked.
"I know that they make you go unconscious for a few minutes but should be fine when they wake up, just a little headache but nothing serious. Unless, the dart is near the heart then there's a problem."
I looked at the two, Hiccups was in his neck so that's not a problem. But Astrid. Her dart was lower then hiccups, it was a right above her heart.
"Fishlegs! Astrid's is right above her heart!"
"Oh no."
"What's gonna happen."
"Well if its near the heart, it slows the heartbeat and makes her very weak. Because it's not in her heart she won't die. But she will be very weak and sick for a while."
We all looked at Astrid, I wrapped my arms tighter around her.
All of a sudden, Hiccup gasped for air and coughed.
"It's ok Hiccup." Snoutlout said.
He groaned and rubbed his eyes.
"Astrid? Wheres Astrid?" He asked.
"Right here." I said.
He turned and saw Astrid unconscious in my arms. "Why isn't she awake?" He sat next to me and he held her hands.
"Cause her dart was above her heart and really close, Fishlegs said that she will be really weak and sick for a while. She won't even be able to stand or maybe even talk, she'll be so weak."
Hiccup took her from my arms and held her in his. He kissed her forehead. "When will she wake up?"
"Any minute now." Fishlegs said.
A fee minutes later
Astrid eyes slowly began to open but they were only half open. "Astrid?"
She groaned in reply.
"She should be getting a fever in a minute or two," Fishlegs walked over to them, "We have to see how weak she is now." He helped her stand up and slowly let go of her. As soon as his hand left her arm, she fell back down and Hiccup caught her. "She's going to have to be carried, she's too sick and weak."
They took of back to the edge.

I will do a part 2 and please leave ideas. I was kinda thinking that Viggo kidnapes her and cause she's so weak and sick she can't fight against him.
