Betty POV:

I woke up wrapped in Sweet Pea's arms. I smile and wiggle my way out from his grip, trying not to wake him. I got to the door until I heard his voice.

Sweet Pea: where are you going? I jumped a little making him laugh.
Betty: I'm going to get changed. I unlike you have school. He grins.
Sweet Pea: do you have to go? He asked while standing up.

He walked over to me and picked me up bridal style and took me back to bed. I giggle.

Betty: yes I have to go. I say and he lets me go and follows me to my room.
Sweet Pea: why are you up so early anyway? He asked as I walked to my draw and pulled out a crop top and a pair of shorts.
Betty: I need to get some work and I need to do some other stuff. I tell him.
Betty: turn around. I say to him so I can put my clothes on. He laughs at me.
Sweet Pea: wouldn't be the first time I saw you naked. In fact just this morning I- I cut him off.
Betty: ok I get your point. I say rolling my eyes. He laughs at me. I change into my clothes and then we head downstairs to the kitchen. Sweet Pea makes me some breakfast and I kiss his lips.

Joaquin was probably going to treat his suspension as a holiday. He's going to sleep in and do nothing. And knowing Sweet Pea he wasn't going to do anything either.

Me and Sweet Pea eat breakfast while stealing kisses from each other. Being with him is fun and relaxed. I feel comfortable and safe around him. When I'm with Jughead, now I feel uneasy and unsafe. The way he acted the other day really scared me and I wonder what he would have done if Malachi didn't show up.

We were chatting when my phone started ringing. It was Ryan.

( Ryan and Betty on phone )

Betty: hi Ry, what's up?
Ryan: hey. I was thinking of checking out the gym at your school but I don't want to go alone. Can you come with me? He asked, I chuckle.
Betty: sure I'm going now anyway, I'll meet you there? I ask.
Ryan: sure, bye Betts.
Betty: bye Ry. I say and hung up.

( end of call )

Sweet Pea: who was that? He asked with a sense of jealousy. I grin.
Betty: just Ryan. He raises an eyebrow.
Betty: jealous? I say with a grin. I walk over to him and sit on his lap.
Sweet Pea: I don't do jealous. He says with a smirk.
Betty: face it, you couldn't go a day without kissing me. I say with a smirk.
Sweet Pea: don't flatter yourself Cooper. He says with a smirk.
Betty: let's make a bet then. We can only do friends things. It will end tomorrow. Deal? I say with a grin.
Sweet Pea: deal, but first I need to do this. He says. I give him a confused look.

He pulls my face closer to his until our lips touched. The kiss was hot and hungry. His tongue was teasing my mouth and I was teasing him. He tasted so good. He had had enough of me teasing him, he dragged his hand along my back until he reached my butt and squeezed it. I moan giving him full access. He still has his tongue inside of my moth while i continue to kiss his lips hungrily. His hand remains on my butt and my hands travel up to his hair.

Betty: Good luck. I whispered into his ear.

I stood up and picked up my bag. Before I left I gave him one last wink and walked out the door. I was barely out the door when I got a call from Fangs.

( Fangs and Betty on the phone )

Betty: hey Fangs.
Fangs: Hey. Thanks for agreeing to go with Ryan to check out the gym. He's dragging me along with him. It's to early to be alive. He groans. I burst out laughing.
Fangs: this isn't funny, you should be pitying me right now. I couldn't help but laugh harder than I had before.
Betty: I'm sorry but this is hilarious.
Fangs: I hate you right now. He says.
Betty: I mean I could always just not show up and you'll be stuck with him.
Fangs: if you do that I will literally kill you. I laugh.
Betty: don't worry I'm heading there now.
Fangs: I'll let you go, but you better be there. He says and hung up.
