Betty POV:

I walk through the door and I see Sweet Pea and Joaquin sitting on the couch. They see me enter and they give me a serious look. What's going on?

I take a seat opposite them and look at them both in the eyes.

Betty: what's going on? I question them.
Joaquin: we need to tell you something. He says.

I could see a sense of pain, hurt and anger in his eyes. Sweet Pea looked as if he felt sorry for us. I need to know what's going on and I need to know now.

Betty: you're scaring me, what is it? I ask nervously.
Joaquin: it's mum... He says.
Betty: what about her? I noticed myself say quietly.

What does she have to do with anything? She's been out of our lives for 8 years now.

Joaquin: she's back. He says with clear anger flowing through his voice.

Betty: what? When? Why? I ask them. I had so many questions.

How come after all these years she's back? I and Joaquin had a good system and this is going to mess everything up. When she left Joaquin didn't really know what to do, he was young and didn't know how to support us both. I don't want to lose my big brother.

Joaquin: she said she's back to take the house and kick us out. He says with anger. He began to pace around the living room.

He looks likes he's going to explode. I don't blame him, we worked so hard to get to where we are now. She left us with nothing. She doesn't just get to come back into our lives.

Betty: Hey, we can work this out. I say to him. He only gets madder, the whole situation is stressing him out.
Joaquin: Betty there is no way around this, she's won. He growls at me.
Betty: we've always figured something out. I yell at him.
Joaquin: face it, Betty. We can't do anything. That's it. He says and storms out of the house.

There has to be something we haven't thought of. There has to be another way, and I was determined to find it. I need to do this for me, Joaquin and Sweet Pea.

Sweet Pea: are you ok? He asked bringing me into a hug. I nod my head and walk up to my room.

I had been in my room for hours trying to think of any possible way that we could get rid of Alice. I then had an idea.

Mary, Archie and James' mother is in town. She works in legal. She would deal with this type of stuff all the time. She's our best hope.

I walk downstairs gaining the attention of Sweet Pea.

Sweet Pea: where are you going? He questioned me.
Betty: all will be revealed soon. I say with a grin making him give me and unsure smile.

I walk out the door and across to Archie's house. I really hope she can help us.

Mary treats both me and Joaquin as her own kids. She knows all about my family and the tragic stuff that has gone on.

I knock on the Andrews' doors and wait for someone to open it.

James: hey Betts, what's up? He asked while leaning against the door frame.
Betty: Hey, I need to talk to your mum. He gives me a confused look and then goes back to normal.
James: still better than Archie. He says making us both chuckle.

I don't understand why they both hate each other so much. It's been like this ever since they could both walk.

He lets me in and I walk into the lounge where I saw Mary sitting.
