Benji's POV
We spent the remaining time in the Bahamas getting tours of the islands, swimming, and going on boat rides. The small vacation was definitely a blast, and I loved every minute of it. Well, except the walking part. How dare my family expect me to walk so much? I'm the Sex God, I shouldn't have to even lift a finger!
"Benji, you look like you're about to burst a brain cell or something." Devon teased, kissing the back of my hand gently.
"I was just thinking about how much walking we did over the past few days. Why on Earth didn't anyone carry me?" I asked, pouting. Devon chuckled and rolled his eyes playfully.
"You're not that special, babe." Devon whispered teasingly. I huff in aggravation and look up to the front of the plane to see the flight attendant turning on the microphone.
"Attention passengers. If you could please fasten your seatbelts; we are about to land." The flight attendant said, then walked away. Devon and I clicked our seatbelts and waited for the plane to land.
When we were finally in the airport we went out to the parking garage where we left our car. We packed our bags into the trunk and got inside the car; then drove onto the road that will lead us home.
Suddenly, the radio began playing a song that I've never heard before. It began with what sounded like a piano playing, along with a catchy drum beat.
"Hey, can you turn it up?" I asked, wanting to hear this new song. James turned the radio up and I listened intently.
"Guess it's true, I'm not good at a one night stand. But I still need love 'cause I'm just a man. These nights never seem to go to plan. I don't want you to leave, will you hold my hand?" The radio sang, the mans voice sounding soft and melodic.
"I really like this." I whispered to Devon, and laced my fingers through his; giving a slight squeeze.
"This ain't love, it's clear to seee. But darling, stay with me. Why am I so emotional? No it's not a good look; gain some self control. Deep down I know this never works. But you can lay with me so it doesn't hurt. Oh won't you stay with me? 'Cause you're all I need. This ain't love, it's clear to see. But darling, stay with me." The radio sang, the song making my stomach flutter happily.
"This should be our song." Devon suggested in a whisper. At his idea, my eyes light up and a large smile pulls at my lips.
"Yes! It's perfect for us." I grinned, leaning over and kissing his cheek affectionately.
"We're home!" Mom yelled, just as we pulled into the driveway a little while later. I see Amy's car parked in the driveway and smile in excitement. This is the longest we've ever gone without talking or seeing each other. I know, pathetic. But I don't think so, she's my best friend! I jump out of the car and rush over to the front door.
If you're wondering how Amy got inside, then the answer is because she has a copy of the house key.
I open up the door and as soon as I see Amy and Chase sitting on the couch I rush over to them and tackle them both.
"Friends! I missed you so much! Did you miss me more?" I squealed in excitement, gripping them both in a tight embrace.
"Benji, you're finally home!" Amy shouted, hugging me back.
"Welcome back, man. How was the, uh, wherever the hell you went?" Chase asked, patting my shoulder gently.
"That's all I get!? From my secret boyfriend I should expect more than a pat on the shoulder!" I gasped, pushing Amy away and climbing onto Chase's lap. My arms wrap around his neck and I straddle his lap.
