Chapter 25

Nikole's Pov.

"You know, I thought you would have held up." The little girl spoke in a low raspy voice. "Held up? Let me try and use some weird poison stuff in your throat and see if you can 'hold up'." I scoffed, "unbelievable."

"It's not going to kill you." The girl spoke pacing. I laughed, "thanks."

"You're lucky Nikole, I would have killed you the first time I saw you if it weren't for your boyfriend. But looks like he's not around." The girl laughed.

"What do you want?" I coughed out, choking on my own words. "Me? Oh i don't want anything to do with you." The girl cracked. I whipped my head around to a loud thundering noise. "What was that!?" I yelled, my heart racing. The girl laughed and stepped almost an inch from my face, "that's the guy who wants you." The girl whispered, her eyes dark as the night, her voice only a raspy cough. Her skin pale as snow. I looked into her eyes for some type of emotion, and nothing.

She backed up from me. "My name is Victoria. You can call me Vic."

"Hi." I said sarcastically. Vic looked annoyed. "Your mouth is going to get you killed." I smirked. "Thanks for the heads up, Vic."

Vic took in a deep breath, and out one short exhale. She stomped towards me her high heels clicking. I saw something shiny reflect off the little light coming from a crack in the ceiling. "You piss me off." Vic snarled, stabbing me hard in the stomach with the blade. I coughed down the blood forming in my mouth, I groaned at the pain trying to kick and punch my way out of the chair I was strapped in. "Stop! Stop." I yelled. Vic pulled out the blade and I could feel my stomach clench of healing. I exhaled a huge breath. Trying to breath right again but my heart was pumping 100 miles and hour.

"Victoria. Why aren't you being nice to our guest?" A mans voice boomed. Victoria looked stunned, "I'm- I'm sorry." She said, switching the placing from one foot to the other. I looked around trying to find a face, or a body to put on the thundering voice. The room was almost dark making it practically impossible to see. Than it hit me. I rolled my eyes at the thought, I needed to control on my power. Wolfs can see in the dark perfectly. I tried to 'summon' my wolf side but nothing was coming. I closed my eyes and squeezed hard trying to get a better eye sight in dark. I reopened my eyes to a brighter room, I saw Victoria. And standing beside her a tall guy dressed in all black stared back at me.

I saw him smile. He clapped his hands together. "Finally, you figured it out." The man moved closer to where I was being held captive. He placed his deformed hands on the side of my chair, staring me into my eyes. Which were glowing due to the reflection I saw in the mans eyes. "Hello, Nikole." He said slowly moving his hand up to touch my face. I turned away from him, "don't touch me." I growled. He smirked than moved away from me grabbing the blade Victoria stabbed me with.

"Easy way? Or hard way?" The man asked cleaning the blade of my blood. I just stared at him waiting for an attack. "I'll take that as the hard way." The man said placing the bloody towel down, and looking at the blade. He walked closer to me and dug it into my chest. Victoria winced over in the corner. My hands shaking as i try to prevent my gasping screams, and lost of oxygen. He finally pulled it out of my chest, I breath heavily. "What do you want?" I cried. He laughed, "wait." Is all he said.

Blake's Pov.

We arrived by an abandoned shack looking house. "Nikole? You in there?" I yelled cupping my hands around my mouth. No answer. "Is this the right place?" I looked around to Alex who was nodding. "Of course it is. Nikole and I came here every year. But I'm almost certain she doesn't remember." Alex whispered. "Guys." Dallas concentrated. "What is it?" I half yelled.

"It's.. Nikole." Dallas said, looking at me. "Where?" I said running over to Dallas. "There." Dallas said pointing at the shack a few yards away. I started walking over there followed by Alex, and Dallas. "We can't just run in there! Nikole is in there because someone took her. Not because she wanted to be in there. If we run in there without a plan it might get us all killed." Alex thought out. "Well-" I tried to speak. But I was cut off my a blood curdling scream. "NIKOLE!" I yelled running after it.
