Young Justice: The War

Catching up:

Max's POV-

I never went back to Thanagar, and neither did Sheira. Before Ali left, we threw her a birthday party. It really hasn't been the same with out her. Ali said she was leaving for a month, but it's now February and she's still not back. I go out once and a while too. I just where a long coat, or Zatanna helps me out with some magic. Zatanna is sorta filling in for Ali, ever sense her dad became the new Doctor Fate. Zoey and Robin are still together, along with Wally and Aphrodite. Anyway, there's been a new hero in town running along with Red Arrow. We haven't figured out who she is yet, because she's done a good job binding herself, but she goes by the name Aqua-chick. I swear she's a friend of Ali.

Other than that, it's been pretty much the same.

"Red Arrow-" The computer starts until Roy interrupts it.

"Computer override, Aqua-chick." He says and she steps through. The team comes to see what's going on.

Aphrodite POV-

Roy steps in with another girl. Either he broke up with Ali (or the other way around) or he's cheating on her.

Zoey has a sour look on her face.

Aqua-chick wore all black, but with a tube of water running down both sides of the arms, like Aqualad's.

"So, Red Arrow, haven't seen you in a while." Wally says.

"Yeah, I know. Um, everyone. You know Aqua-chick." Roy says.

"Not really." We all mumble. I guess we were upset that Roy was replacing Ali. Zoey and I pull him aside.

"What happened to Ali? Did she die or something?" Zoey asks.

"What, no! Aqua-chick, come here." Roy says. She comes and hugs me.

"S'been a while." She says.

"I've never-"

"C'mon! You all should know who I- who is that?" She says pointing to Zatanna .

"Zatanna." Zatanna says.

"Right, well, I'm surprised boy wonder hasn't figured me out. Robin, has red head over there been bothering you?" That snapped us all. Ali would be the only one to call Wally that.

"ALI!" We all yell.

"Yup! Ya see, I kept the AC in honor of my parents." She smiles.

"Girl, I haven't seen you at school!" I yell.

"Really? I see you all the time, but I'm also a grade ahead, so, but I'm a graduate this year!" She squeals.

"Really, that's so cool, so you going to college?"

"No! Um the surface worlds schools are stranger than Atlantis'."

"I guess you can say that!" Zoey laughed

"I've missed you so much!!! Girl, don't ever leave me that long with those boys!" I said

"I'm sorry! It won't happen again! I'm back. Since Roy is now joining to Justice League." Ali said

"Mmhmm! Congrats, Speedy!" I say with a smile

Again, to show how I have powers: I'm the only one besides Ali who can call him that!

"Thanks, Blondie!" Roy said ruffling my hair

I faked gasped,"How dare you?? My hair is brown!! I'm no where near blonde!"

"Not from my point of view!" Roy laughed

"Who ever said your point of view was good?" I said

At that point everyone was laughing. Its so good to have my best friend back.
