(9) We're breaking out of this HellHole.

Max's POV-

I open my eyes. Captured once again. What the hell? I should just have an record on how many times I've been captured. I saw Bart was here, along with Beast Boy. No Ali, Nightwing, Conner, or Roy.

I looked straight ahead and saw Red Hood. Too busy with whatever she was doing to see me. To tell the truth, I didn't want to take Red Hood's arm from around me. She was amazing and beautiful even if she was an enemy. Tigress, Aqualad, and some guy walked in.

Red Hood turned and bowed to the guy. Tigress went to stand next to her. I saw Icicles Jr and the blonde twins or whatever they were called.

Icicle Jr came and slung his arm around Red Hood.

"You know, you're so hot that you could melt me babe." He said

I wanted to laugh at his corny pick up line. Red Hood glared at him and flipped him over so he would land by Aqualad's feet.

"I rather sticks these two swords in my eyes than to ever date you, idiot." Red Hood hissed

Aqualad and the guy just watched before walking out. Only the twins, Icicle Jr, Red Hood, and Tigress were left.

"Get out. You clumsy fools might break something or released one of them." Tigress commanded

"We don't take orders from you." the Twin guy said

"Well as lieutenants of Aqualad and Magma. You do. Now get out." Tigress said

Each left with grumbling and angry as the door slammed shut. Red Hood still looked at the table.

"What ya thinking about?" Tigress asked

"Stuff. Do you think they'll understand and forgive us for this?" Red Hood sais

"I think so. Some might blow their tops but they will."

Red Hood laughed as if it was some inside joke. I decide to quit acting like I was knocked out and make myself know.

I groaned. Red Hood and Tigress heads snapped my way and Red Hood had an smirk plastered on her face. Tigress crossed her arms and smiled so sweetly that a puppy would be jealous.

"Awww, Mr. Handsome is awake. I've been waiting for to wake up. For a second I thought you were dead." Tigress said

"Yeah. Don't give us an heart attack like that, babe. We need to make sure our test subject is alive." Red Hood said with her smirk widening

It almost sounded like she wasn't kidding and she was actually telling me not to do that. Then I realized.

"Wait, did you just say test subject?" I ask.

"Mmhmm...." Red Hood said

"Test subject? For what?"

"Don't worry about. Now how about we leave you to your friends?" Tigress said

"And you won't be only ones soon all your friends will be here." Red Hood said

They walked out and I was scared for my life.

Ali Pov-

Venus called me down to dinner and I saw Peter was there and so were seven more people.

"Uh, hi?" I said unsure

"Ali, they are the Avengers." Venus said not turning to look at me

"Oh yeah. Thanks for saving me from Cadmus." I said

"Welcome. I'm Steve Rogers." A man said.

"Hi." I say looking around. Something was wrong.

"What is it?" he asks.
