17 - The Party

Ella and I are back on track. I mean, we're close friends again. I completely ignored my feelings for her and focused on being her bestfriend instead. It's really hard but I need to do this. I want to do this. Because of this feelings I'm having, our friendship is kind of falling apart, and I don't want that to happen again and destroy it completely. So yeah, we're good.

Who am I kidding?! Aha. I can't completely ignore my feelings for her. I can't control my feelings people! I mean, we're living in the same room, we're always together, we eat together, we sleep on the same bed (sometimes), we shower together, aiiish! I wish! How can I move on from her right?

I sighed to myself. I'm just doing my best to be her bestest bestfriend in the whole world right now.

"Hey babe!" Tori greeted me with a hug.

"Hey babe." I hugged her back then pulled away.

"Damn, where the hell you've been? Are you ignoring me or what? I haven't seen you in awhile." She said as we walk down the hallway to our class.

"Just been busy Tori." I shrugged at her.

"mmkay." She shrugged. "So after hell week, you're going home?" She asked.

"Yep. Wanna hangout on christmas break?" I asked smiling at her.

"Yeah sure! Oh what do you want for christmas?" She asked as we enter our room full of noisy students.

"mmm...anything's fine." I shrugged then we took a seat in the back. "How bout you?"

"Why are you asking? Are you giving me what I want if I tell you?" She smirked.

"Whatever Tori." I rolled my eyes. She laughed at me.

"Oh loosen up babe! Can't I tease you anymore?" She said.

Before I could answer, our professor walked through the door silencing the whole room. We greeted him then he took our attendance.

I glanced up at Victoria who is already looking at me with a smirk on her face. I shook my head laughing at myself.

"Whore!" Ar Kin shouted as soon as I walked out of the school gate.

"Hi bitch. Waddup?" I asked hugging him.

"I have some good news for you." He said after he pulled away.

"Okay? Shoot." I said. We started walking towards the ramp that leads up The Walls.

"Here's the thing, remember Shey?" He asked.

I furrowed my brows trying to remember who this Shey person is.

"Shey? You know, your schoolmate in highschool?" He said.

Ohh. Shey! I remember now, she's my schoolmate before. Her class is just beside our room before. Then when I met her here through Ar Kin, we were like "hey I know you!" and stuff.

"Oh yeah! Damnit! I really need to take those memory enhancer pills." I said making both of us laugh.

"You're really weird." He said then we sat near the edge of The Walls.

I closed my eyes then inhaled the breeze that blew against us. I opened my eyes after exhaling then smiled at the view in front of me. The site is beautiful here. In front of us is a golf course where some people are playing right now. Then behind that is the Manila City Hall and the busy streets of Manila. I can see a majority of students walking by and others waiting for their ride. It's too busy down there, but it's calm and relaxing up here.
