10 - Are You Gay?

The ride home was silent. I glance at Ella once in a while. She just sat there silently looking out the window.

I sighed. Victoria got out of line when she kissed me. Whether she did it to tease me, freak my mom and Danni, or piss Ella off. But I don't think it's to piss Ella, they just met! I think it's the first two.

"A-are you..." Ella started, pulling me out of my thoughts.

I looked at her then hummed a 'what' to her.

"Are you and Vict-" I immediately cut her off.

"No! God no!" I said defensively. Though I want us to be. Aha.

"Oh. Then why did she...why is she like that to you?" She asked.

"Uhm. I... I don't really know. All I know is, she loves teasing me." I said looking out the window. She hummed an "ok" in return.

"A-are you...uhm..." She trailed. I snapped my head back to her.

"Am I what?" I said raising a brow.

"Uhh... Please don't get mad... I just want to know if you're a...uhm... if you're...gay?" She asked looking down at her lap.

Oh shit. I can't tell her I'm gay, or bisexual, or whatever the hell I am. I don't know if she's homophobic or what, but I'm afraid if she finds out, she might distance herself from me. I don't want that. She's my friend. She makes me happy. She makes me feel safe and warm. I don't want to lose her just because I'm different.

"W-what?! N-no! Of course not!" I yelled at her waving my hand in the air.

She was taken aback at my reaction. Who wouldn't? I practically yelled loud enough for the other passengers in their cars to hear. Even the cab driver flinched at my outburst.

"I... I'm sorry Niks. I shouldn't have asked. That's so rude of me. I'm really sorry. Forgive me?" She smiled at me. I sighed.

"Yeah you're forgiven. Nosy bitch." I grinned. She playfully hit my arm.

"Aww." I glared at her while I rub my arm. She just grinned at me.

"So," I started. "why do you look like you're pissed off at Victoria?"

Ella's P.o.V.

"why do you look like you're pissed off at Victoria?" Nikki asked staring straight at my eyes.

Okay....she's right. Why? Wait, am I even pissed at her? I don't know. But one thing's for sure. I don't like her.

The first time I saw her, she pecked Nikki's cheeks in Forever 21, I wanted to strangle her. Then she said she's Nikki's girlfriend? Who does that?! And she even kissed Nikki on her lips! Well, almost. But whatever, I just don't like her. I hate her! She's a bitch!

"Well she is, sometimes, but she's nice." Nikki said. Oh fck, that came out loud.

"Whatever. I just don't like her." I crossed my arms then looked out the window.

"I can see that." She giggled. I smiled at that. I love it everytime she giggles. It's cute.

"What the hell was that about Tori?" I yelled at my phone.

"What? What did I do babe?" She chuckled.

"You know what you did. Are you trying to out me to my family? Gosh! I told you I'll tell them myself, just not now." I whispered, pacing back and forth in my room.
