Prom With Normani?!

Chapter 2

Sade's POV
I love my girls so much. They took their time out of their weekend to help me make this video, asking Normani to be my date for prom. So some of our friends are at my house, and they are just going over the things that they are gonna do, while I figure out what I'm gonna say to Normani. I'm upstairs in my room writing down what I'm gonna say, and it's like every time I write something, it comes off wrong. But this final one that I did, it was perfect.

Sade:
Hey Normani, my name is Sade, and I just want to ask you one thing. Will you go to prom with me? I know that your a busy woman, but if your willing to come and spend this one night with me, it will be a magical night for me. Because having your beautiful self here will be magical. But seriously, I would really love it if you would come. Hope to see you soon.
Love Sade.

As I finish my letter, Ryan comes in...

Ryan: hey girlie. You finished your letter?
Sade: yup. Wanna hear it?
Ryan: of course.
Sade:
Hey Normani, my name is Sade, and I just want to ask you one thing. Will you go to prom with me? I know that your a busy woman, but if your willing to come and spend this one night with me, it will be a magical night for me. Because having your beautiful self here will be magical for me. But seriously, I would really love it if you would come. Hope to see you soon.

Ryan: Awwwwwww, she's gonna love it. You ready, cause we're ready for you
Sade: Yeah, I'm ready. Wait, how do I look?

I made a smooth turn to make her see everything

Ryan: Real Daddyish. Wait, wear this hat

She puts on this black cap on my head to probably go with my outfit.

Ryan: There. You look great. Now what we're gonna do is, we are gonna go to the front of the school cause that's where we are gonna make the video. We already have the banner, it's just for you to come and do your thing.
Sade: I'm nervous tho. I mean what if she doesn't respond?
Ryan: Then we will ask someone else. Now let's go.....

All of us drove in front of the school. As we got out, my friends set their self up and Diamond had their camera in front of her.

Diamond: Alright Sade. You ready?
Sade: *breathes in then exhales* I'm ready. Lets do this....

We made the video and it was a short but fun video of me asking her to prom. I even added some of the songs from fifth Harmony, and danced a lil bit.

Sade: Aye y'all thank you so much for helping me out with this, I'm truly thankful.

Aye, it's no problem!!

We would do anything for you!!

Ryan: So on what social media page, are we gonna send this on?
Sade: We can send it to both my Twitter and Instagram page.
Sade: Cool. Let's go home, and work on it.

We went home, and as soon as we got in the door, Ryan, Diamond and myself ran upstairs to my room and both of them decided to send it

Sade: Wait, guys I want to see y'all send it to her.
Ryan: Alright, come here

I sat on top of her while three of us are looking at diamonds phone screen.

Diamond: So what you gonna put as your caption?
Sade: ummmm? Ouu how about, "So what do you say Normani? Prom?😁 put that.
Diamond: ok. And im about to post it.
Sade: Wait Wait

Both of them groaned and huffed. Damn, they're so eager.

Ryan: what is it?
Sade: Do I really look fine in that video?

Both of them changed their faces from annoyed to soft faces. They know that I'm very insecure.

Diamond: babygirl, you look fine ok?
Ryan: you look so good, when I saw you, I wanted to just......
Sade: DON'T!!! Finish that sentence.

All of us laughed until we came back to reality.

Sade: ok, on the count of three we're gonna post it.
Sade: 1
Ryan: 2
All: 3

We posted the video, and both of the girls started to squeal. I finally posted the video, and now we wait......
