When John was in uni he went on study aboard program to America in New York City.

He meets Sally Jackson.

She is pregnant with Percy at the time.
They become really good friends best friends. Not romantic
John is there for when Percy is born. John is name godfather.
John goes back to England.

Years pass

John doing tours.

Sally marry Gabe and not telling John.

They write.

Sally sends photos of Percy

John is shot. Then meets Sherlock and the series happen.

John is called because he Percy's godfather and said in Sally's will that Percy goes to John.

It been couple years since Sally last wrote to him because both of them have been busy.

Demigods and the gods figured out the whole electronic sending monster signal problem now they have monster, fire, water, dirt proof phones, laptops, and amulets that can hide the demigod scent and other electronics that have been demigod proof

Mycroft helps quietly to get Percy to England. Zeus doesn't shoots him out of the sky just little rocky because he is drama queen.

No one is a demigod in the Sherlock. No one knows about demigod. No one has kid or kids from a god. Almost nothing about the gods here unless it is visit from a god or the seven saying that they are friends or family. Mycroft doesn't know either no matter the power he has.

Sherlock will decuse that Percy has a secret. But doesn't know what.

Percy has scars. Nightmares
