Either Harry is younger than Anakin or is the same age but Anakin is seen as the older of the two even if they are the same age.
Harry's magic is changed to the force and is strong like Anakin
He is there in the shop when Qui-Gon, Padme, R2-D2, and Jar Jar come
Goes back to Anakin's place with them
Over the coming days Qui-Gon learns that Harry and Anakin ar force sensitive and both are strong
Qui-Gon is told of Anakin's birth and how Harry came from no where
Qui-Gon thinks one of them is the chosen one
Harry goes with them when they leave
