begins in the graveyard when Harry's and Voldemort's wands connect. The ghosts still come forward but there is magical explosion. The explosion kills Voldemort and his deatheaters and the horcruxes even the one in Harry.Harry just doesn't die. Harry is protected by the ghosts but transported to New York City.

Harry ends up living on the streets.

Months have pass 

Harry pick some skills up while living with the Dursleys like stealing, pick-pocketing, lying, and sneak around quietly (lets face it he would have to learn that to survive living there). he gets better at from living on the streets. The magical explosion also did something to him where he didn't need to use his wand anymore. He can use wandless magic and wordless magic. He uses magic to steal, pickpocket and sneaking around.

one day Harry pickpocket the wrong person Clint Barton (he used his magic to steal it that is how he did)

His SHIELD badge is in his wallet which has a tracker 

Phil and him track it down to abandon building finding Harry and the wallet in a pile of wallets

Harry tries to run but doesn't escape. He is brought in and put in a room

Phil and Clint watches the security camera and see how perfect he does the snatch.

He does amazing since he shows up a top Spy/Assassin/ Avenger (Magic!)

They show Fury who is quietly impress

They don't want to send kid to some foster home

so through SHIELD connection and paper work they have boy being place into Phil and Clint's hands

Harry isn't happy at first but overtime Phil and Clint becomes family

Months later British wizard find and try to take him back because he is the savior of the wizard world (at least the British wizardly world) (kind want them to only praise Harry but not the countries wizards they just see crazy British Wizards who can't seem do things themselves and have put all their problems on a boy) But he doesn't want to go because he is happy with Phil and Clint 

(Don't forget he is only 14 maybe 15. and is now living a happy life finally)

American wizards step into protect Harry 

Phil and Clint learn Harry has magic and they are fine with it

Dumbledore is being idiot and threatens Harry and saying it was his duty to defeat Voldemort (they don't realize that he died)
