Epilogue
By the time that the princess and the young leader was about to get married for about months later, another problem has risen. That problem was not that serious though, as it was just the time where the young leader was too busy with his clan.
A month passed and Aichi and Kourin finally had a very close relationship as both friends and lovers.
-
Aichi was with Kourin one Sunday morning, they were having a spar. Kourin would still win against Aichi, but then, Aichi did a counterattack, making Kourin lose.
"Wow, I can't believe you'll win." Kourin said and smiled proudly at him.
Aichi laughed awkwardly and approached Kourin. "I just did my best, princess." He said as he smiled.
Kourin smiled back and went to touch Aichi's cheek. "How was the clan yesterday?" She asked.
"It was alright, there were new recruits on the soldiers. Right now, they're going to have a training. I'll be going there later."
"Would you mind if I join and help them to train?" Kourin suggested.
Aichi then had a huge smile on his face, "Really?" He asked excitingly like a kid.
"Yes, of course." Kourin nodded.
Aichi went to embrace Kourin and grinned. "I can't wait until this afternoon!"
Kourin gave a giggle, "I can't wait too. Come on, let's go and eat breakfast."
"Sure!" The couple then went in the castle's corridors.
-
Another month has passed, and the two was about to get married. Everyone was preparing and decorating.
"Kourin, wear this gown now!" Rekka took out a very elegant wedding gown, showing it to Kourin.
"Let me do my hair first," Kourin told her.
"But Kourin!" Rekka exclaimed. "You have to be ready!"
"Let her be, Rekka. Kourin is nervous, so it's best to just let her do her things." Suiko said.
"Okay," Rekka replied and helped Kourin to do her hair and accessories. Suiko also went to help the blonde princess.
-
Aichi was already wearing his wedding suit, pinning his badges and wore his sash. He combed his hair and fixed his clothes, making it look neat without the extra folds.
"Alright, don't get too nervous." Aichi muttered.
He stared at himself on the mirror and smiled.
"Today's the day!"
-
The wedding ceremony has started, with lots of guests watching. Their friends and families are there, and they were celebrating the couple's wedding.
"Will you take the hand of the princess Kourin to become your wife?" The priest asked.
"Yes I will," Aichi said.
"And will you take the hand of the leader Aichi to become your husband?" The priest asked again.
"Yes, I will." Kourin replied.
"You may now kiss the bride," The priest said.
Aichi and Kourin looked at each other. Aichi took off the veil and went close to kiss Kourin. Everyone cheered for them and as the couple let go, they both smiled at each other.
-
A few months later
Aichi and Kourin were walking by the streets of the town. They were having a date and was talking to each other.
All of a sudden, an arrow went and was about to hit Aichi. But Kourin noticed and they both dodged it, making the arrow hit the ground.
"W-what was that?!" Kourin was shocked as she saw the arrow. Wasn't the freak already dead?!
"I don't know..." Aichi went to take the arrow, it has a paper on it. Then he went to read it.
'I'm still alive! You can't beat me!'
"He's still alive," Aichi said. "We'll take care of him, don't worry."
Kourin gave a nod and smiled at him. "Do your best, Aichi."
"I will, my princess~" Aichi smiled back and said, "I'll always protect you!"
