Chapter 16

Aiden's POV

I wrap my arm around her shoulders and pull her closer. As we reach the pack house some members looked over towards us. Passing by some members of the pack Cami ignores their bows. It was really nothing new to me anyways for I was use to people giving me looks every once and a while.

"Is that alpha Cami's mate?"

"He's very cute. Wonder where I can get a piece of meat like him?"

"Oye papi."(hey daddy)

"Este es el tipo del que todos han estado hablando? Por favor, ni siquiera se ve tan fuerte que pueda llevarlo en cualquier momento."(This is the dude that everyone has been talking about? Please he doesn't even look that strong I can take him any day.)

"Ahi papi, ¿tienes un hermano o primo segundo que pueda estar conmigo?"(Ahi daddy do you have a brother or second cousin that can be with me?) Kiba rolls his eyes in the back of my mind as I pull Cami closer. As we start to come closer towards the house someone calls Cami.

"Ah there you are I was looking for you." She says with a warm smile turning her attnetion towards me.Judging by her power I can that she was either a beta or gamma. I return the smile as she offers her hand out to me to shake.

"Mercedes Hernandez best friends with the alpha and also beta to the pack." Shaking her hand my smiles grew a bit more.

"Aiden Gonzalez pleasure to meet you beta." I wrap my arm around Cami's waist as she spoke again with pride.

"You can call me Mercy everyone does." I nodded and smile at her with warm eye. Glancing down towards my mate I see that her eyes are foggy meaning that someone is mind linking with her. Letting her speak with whoever she is speaking with I hear the sounds of children's laughter heading over towards us.

As if on cue Kc and a few other small pups run over to where we are standing.

"Tia Cami." Kc yells with glee as he races over to Cami just in time for her to pick him up.

"Hello mi principito.(my little prince)" She says with a smile. Kiba smiles and sighs happily.

"She will make an amazing mother to our pups someday. It's clear she is very good with them and she loves them." My heart warms to the sight and the idea of having pups with Cami one day.

"Who is the stranger that is standing beside you alpha Cami?" A young girl  around Kc's age asks as her green eyes look up towards my tall frame.

"Silly that's Aiden Tia Cami's mate." Kc says proudly as he wraps his arms around Cami's leg.

"Aww." Another pup with blue eyes and brown hair says with adoration.

Kc and the other two pups all laugh before they turn their attention to me for a moment then back towards each other. I raised a brow at them in confusion but quickly caught on to what it was that they were laughing about. I chuckled softly under my breath at the thought knowing that Cami will have a small fit about it.

As if reading my mind she looked over to me with a questioning look. I shrug my shoulders at her but still kept the smirk on my face. Just as she was about to ask I felt one of the pups tugging gently on my jeans. Glancing down at the little girl I smiled warmly at her then knelt down to her level.

"Why don't you show alpha Cami just how much you like her?" She giggles. From the corner of my eye Cami turns her head away as a blush makes it's way onto her face. Chuckling softly I glanced to young girl again.

"Oh and what do you suggest I do hermosa(beautiful) to show alpha Cami just how much I like her?" I ask before peeking at Cami.

"Kiss." Kc giggles. I chuckle again before I whispered into Kc's ear.

"What if she doesn't let me kiss her?"

"Oh come on knowing my tia she will let you." Kc jumps on the bottoms of his feet with excitement. Laughing softly I tighten my hold a bit around Cami's waist as I got to my feet. 

Gently rubbing the side of her hip I had noticed that her scent had changed a bit. 

The little girl's smile quickly drops as she asked. "Does alpha Cami not like you?" Mercy strokes the girl's hair sweetly.

"Oh course alpha Cami likes him. Alpha Cami is just shy." Mercy laughs softly.

Cami rolls her eyes at her before crossing her arms over her chest.

"Please alpha Cami." The blue eyed pup pleas.

Kiba wags his tail as he watches the scene play out in front of him. 

"You are really enjoying aren't you?" Kiba chuckles and nods. "Yes yes I am." I shake my head and rub her hip again.

 "Yea come on Cami cat you don't want these pups to be upset for the rest of the day do you?" Mercy teases. Laughing again I pull her body closer. Cami looks at Mercy with a "Are you serious right now?" Mercy glances over to me then her with a laugh.

"Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss" Mercy and the pups start to say in unison as she turns and places a kiss against my cheek. 

"No tia Cami a real kiss." Kc groans upset. Tightening my hold around her I laugh once again.

"Oh you mean like this." I take Cami's chin in between my forefinger and thumb forcing her head back a bit. Smiling at her with pride and joy I take her lips in mine. Kiba howls in my head as the tingles run along my skin as Cami's fingers come to my chin.

All to soon Cami pulls away and blushes. I chuckle again then kiss her temple as I hold her body close. Just as Cami was about to speak her eyes fog over once again before they return back to normal. Cami growls a bit under her breath. 

"Okay kids why don't we go back to the pack house and play some games?" Mercy says as she takes the girls hand and begins to walk them back to the house. Once they were out of earshot Cami groans with frustration.

"Why did I decide to take the role as alpha?" Taking her face in my hands I kiss her forehead.

"Everything will be fine mi amor."(my love) Cami lays her hands against my arms. Holding back a shiver as the tingles return she nodded.

"Okay." She steps away and looks at me. 

"Come on let's go see what the problem is now."

 Aww. Aiden was showing his gentle side with the pups from the pack.

Aiden kisses Cami in front of the pups. Cute or not?

What can be the problem now?

Is Cami's pack going to approve of him?
