Chapter 18

Aiden's POV

As I continued to have my stare down with Javier we both turn the rustling of a bush. Turning my head towards the sound we find Derek walking over towards us.

"Derek what are you doing here?" Javier asked as he looks at him. Derek just rolls his eyes as he stands beside me and gives a bro handshake.

"What does it look like I'm here to keep you two from killing each other." Derek says as he looks at Javier. I can tell from the look on Derek's face that he was really not in the mood to be pushed around.

"Alpha Cami sent you. I don't need a baby sitter." Javier snapped.

"Careful Javier or I will make sure that you have double shift when it comes to training."We all turn to see Mercy walking out of the bushes with another girl with tanned skin and chestnut brown and eyes.

"So unless you want to deal with me Chelsea or Cami during training then I suggest you shut up." Mercy snaps before crossing her arms over her chest. No wonder she was beta and was best friends with Cami the girl doesn't take crap from anyone.

"Something tells me that he wou." The girl standing beside Mercy says but quickly shuts up from Mercy's glare.

"Oh, por favor no vayas Anna."(Oh please don't go there Anna) Mercy says rubbing her temples. Anna nods and looks over at me. I look back at her and she looks away blushing. Shaking my head to myself I turn my attention back to Derek.

"Why don't we go check on Cami." I say walking around Javier. Derek nods and walks along with me. Mercy walks ahead of us while Derek walks with her. I felt a pair of hands cling onto my arm as we walked. I looked over to see Anna walking beside me.

"Why is she touching us when Cami should be the one touching us. Get this girl of me." Kiba says as he looks at Anna with disgust. "Humm, ¿puedo ayudarte con algo?"(Humm can I help you with something) I ask her.

Anna giggles as she tries to intertwine our fingers together but I close my hand. "You'll protect if anything happens won't you hermoso?"(handsome) She says batting her eyes at me.

From the corner of my eye I caught Javier giving me an evil smirk as he watches the scene play out. Just as I was about to reply we stopped to hear a very dangerously calm voice say.

"¿Qué diablos estás haciendo aquí cuando no eres bienvenido aquí?"(What in the fucking hell are you doing here when you're not welcomed here?) Cami says once we walked out from the tree lines.

Pulling my arm away from Anna was to no avail because she just tightened her grip. Kiba growls in annoyance with her arm being wrapped around me. I ignore him and glance over to Cami.

"Oh come babe don't be like that. I just want my girl back." The stranger says. Mercy rolls her eyes and walks over to Cami then glares darkly at the stranger.

"Una vez más, no eres bienvenido aquí(Once again you're not welcomed here) she dumped  your sorry ass a long time ago so goodbye Henry." Mercy snaps.

Looking over at Henry's light skin with brown eyes and black hair I would say that he was an okay kind of guy but there was something about him that didn't feel right.

"I know what I did was wrong Cami and I'm sorry for that but I can't just let you go because I still love you." Henry pleas.

Derek growls and marches over to where Cami and Mercy were standing.

"¿Oh enserio? Si realmente la amabas, ¿por qué ella siempre tenía que pagar por todo cuando salían en citas?(Oh really? If you really loved her then why did she always have to pay for everything whenever you two went out on dates?) Or better yet where in the fucking hell were you when she wanted to see you on the weekends and you said you couldn't make it because you claimed that you were busy every SINGLE-WEEKEND."
