Chapter 21

Cami's POV

I took Aiden's hand in mine then start to walk back to the pack house. Aiden wraps his arm over my shoulders as he intertwines our fingers.

"Prinseca."(Princess) Aiden begins. "Mmm." I discreet in response only to be pulled back to face him.

"¿Qué es?"(What is it?) I ask titling my head to the side to direct my gaze at him. Aiden shakes his head for a moment before giving me his attention again. "I'm just concerned on what will up when you're heat comes."

Shrugging my shoulders at him before  I quickly realized that he had a point. What really would happen when my heat comes? My heat was suppose to come very soon but I had been trying to get the pack back in order that I haven't even given it a thought on what I would do.

"We can worry about that later. Right now we need to start preparing for the ceremony and go over other things as well."

I say strongly as he nods. Turning my back  again then I start to walk again towards the pack house. Walking inside the pack house and passing by a few members that bowed I make my way to the kitchen.

Opening up a cabinet to take out two mugs, I pour a bit of coffee for Aiden and fill mine up with water. Putting my mug in the microwave and turn it on so it can warm up I had Aiden his coffee and a bit sugar if he wanted to make sweeter or not.

He takes the mug from me just as the microwave goes off. Turning my attention back towards it I take a tea bag out from the box and open it then place it inside before taking a sip.

Hearing the gentle clinging of the spoon against the mug I knew that Aiden must have added a bit sugar into his drink. I take another sip out of my tea just as Aiden spoke.

"Princesa(princess) I really think that we shou."

Aiden was cut off when another voice calls. "Cami cat there you are." Anna says walking into the kitchen. Storm rolls her eyes again then growls lowly in my mind.

"Oh, ¿qué es lo que ella quiere ahora? Para quitarnos a otro hombre de nuevo para que pueda tener sexo con él otra vez."(Oh terrific what does she want now? To take yet another man from us once again so she can have sex with him again)

Biting a growl I had to give it to Storm because she was right. Anna  was very much similar to myself in many ways, Anna stands at 5'8. Has now dyed her curly hair to black because she had copper red before and it was getting damaged due to all the cutting she did to it before. Light almost sun kissed skin pairing off with stunning brown eyes.

Her body was just as appealing as well. The only difference between us was that Anna was much more bubblier when it comes to people. It's what  really attracts so many male wolves and even human males to her.

"You know that either way men will always flock to her. Besides Aiden and I are not marked so he's a free man. He can really do what he pleases." I argued with her and instantly regretted it as Storm walks back to her den in my mind.

"Tienes razón. Tal vez será más fácil si lo rechazamos ahora y seguimos adelante con nuestras vidas."(You're right. Maybe it will be easier if we push him away now and just move on with our lives.)

"What about our heat?" I ask before peering over to the large freezer that is used for certain foods. "Never mind I found one solution if the other doesn't work."

Pulled out of my thoughts as Anna gently shakes my shoulder I turn to her. "Hello earth to Camilla I was just asking Aiden if he wanted to check out the pack with me." 

I shook my head then shrugged my shoulders before rolling them back. "Yea sure whatever. I really don't care." I push off the counter completely and feel Aiden's eyes follow my movements.

"Anna Lo siento pero tengo que irme. Tengo algo que tengo que discutir con Mercedes y Chelsea."( I'm sorry but I have to get going. I have something that I need to discuss with Mercedes and Chelsea.) I snapped unintentionally at her before pushing off the counter and completely abandoning my tea then walk out of the kitchen.

Not hearing the growl that I guess came from Aiden. I walked down the hallway heading  to my office. Hearing Aiden's footsteps follow close behind me before opening the door to the office then stepping inside. I looked towards my beta and gamma.
