Chapter one

I stared at the hundreds, of billon dollars, of diamonds in my hand. The sparkle, it gave me the giggles. I have one minute and twenty seconds to get out, before the motion alarm would go off. I stuffed the diamonds in my pocket, using my acrobatic abilities, pulling myself up into the near vent that would soon lead me to the hall surrounded by camras rotating every ten seconds.

I counted to fifty seconds before i jumped out of the vent and into the hall. My eyes glowed silver as i shape shifted into a buisness man coming out of the bathroom. You see the diamonds belong to a very rich and very illegal man, that would keep his precious diamonds inside a orchestra he owns.

I started walking with the brief case a heavy mans stride. I turned the corner, and walked through the crowd of reporters easily blending in, and then walking out the building. Piece of cake..

This man is head of the Russian Mob, and doesn't play around, at all. Nikolai Veshenck is a notorious, crime boss, he smuggles the Diamonds in from Syria, who children from the war work off their debt to him for feeding and clothing them, but theres also another varible once they work their pay off the work for Veshenck's family, to prove their loyalty. As to say.

Some of you may be asking; "Why don't you just shape shift as Nikolai, and open the vault and take the valuble diamonds and run?" Well, there is rumor out there is that they might be able to tell the difference between the two, the oringinal and the replica. I don't want to risk it, espisically if they can cure the abominations, like myself and everyone who is gifted out there, that has something special about them.

I got into the sleek red silver mustang, starting the ignition, my pearl skin and dark black hair, forming, my sleek and slim body, converses and fitting pants and a white tank top. The engine purred to life as i started my way to my estate.

My name is Shadow Selene Felix, i look about twenty-five years old, but i lost track of my actual birthdate a long time ago. I've been wanted in six different countries, because of me stealing valuble goods. Paintings, diamonds, rare syphirres, rubies, emeralds. I am kind of obsessed with jewels and gems.

I have a fraternal twin, which is almost complete opposite of me meaning he is pure and a virgin and when i am the rebel, selfish, bitch. I also have a split personality disorder, OCD, and a alter ego, which her name is Venus. I have tried to control this part of my brain, but everytime i do, nothing works.

Leo and I, are the only shape shifters alive now. The National Guard, thought us to be too... Dangerous to be kept alive. Which is true, hence why all of my family is dead except for Leo.

And if, i want to have my generation, my species to live on way longer, then i have to have sex with my brother. If you don't then the blood and the pact isn't pure.

I don't want to take a chance that, if i have sex, there is a fifty-fifty chance that there could be, and a could not.

I arrived at my estate, typing the codes in. My estate is covered by big willow trees, i like it because no one comes out here, so far in the country side unless its extremely important to talk to me, face to face. My estate has a huge black gate covering the outer areas, i have security everywhere and within a three mile radius of anyone who gets near the underground buzzer, it sets off an alarm to my estate. It is unhackable and unsteal able.

I turned off the ignition and got out of the car, walking to the door, i scanned my eyes and finger prints. The floors are red teak, with a two red teak staircases, the diamond changalierre, the paintings of my family, on one side and the family tree hung up the other side.

I started walking to my room, up the stairs, down the checkered halls past the indoor hot tube, and into my room. A 6-digit keypad. I pressed the numbers and BEEP. The door unlocked and I shrugged off my leather jacket. I pulled the several diamonds out, smiling.

"Hey Shadow--" Leo stopped, eyes widening at my diamonds. "Uh.. oh.." I gulped, Leo didn't know about my obsession, and didn't approve at all.
