Oliver tapped the camera built into his hat to start recording- Flash was hovering over Peter who's lip was bleeding and his cheek was turning black and blue, his back was pressed up against a wall in the corner.

"Hey! Leave Peter alone, what did he ever do to you?" Oliver yelled at the boy, the boy quickly turned his attention from hurting Peter to Oliver, still holding Peter up by the collar of his grey sweatshirt.

"Why does he any importance to you?" the boy asked with venom coating his voice, "Actually yes! The name's Oliver and he's my friend!" the boy scoffed at Oliver.

"You know how dumb you sound right? My name is Flash-" Oliver cut him off as you began to laugh, "What? Stop laughing!" Flash said as he pushed Peter farther into the wall.

Peter's eyes began to well up with a few tears, Oliver felt horrible seeing his new friend in pain. "What kind of name is Flash?" Oliver chuckled at Flash trying to be scary, "Can you just leave him alone?" he asked nicely not wanting Peter to get any more hurt.

"What? Why would I do that?" he asked raising an eyebrow, "Well Flash, I may or may not have recorded this whole entire ordeal to use as proof that you were hurting Peter. I had a feeling you would try to deny the claims against so-" he let go of Peter's collar and instead ripped the hat off Oliver's head and stomped on it breaking the mini camera before socking him straight in the face.

Peter looked at Oliver shocked, "Ha- what are you gonna do now that you that camera is broken?" Flash said grabbing Oliver's face and squishing his cheeks together.

"Actually, whenever I start recording it automatically uploads to my laptop back home," Oliver reply and looked at Peter telling him to leave, he ran off to the nearest classroom.

Peter ran into his old teacher's classroom explaining to her what was happening and that he needed her help, she followed Peter out into hallways to find Flash laughing at the obviously beaten up Oliver.

"Flash! Principle's office, now!" Mrs. Wren yelled at the boy, Flash quickly got off of Oliver and saw the teacher with Peter proudly standing beside her, "Now you get your friend cleaned in the bathroom, I'll be waiting to escort you two to the principal's office." she smiled at Peter as he helped Oliver up and into the bathroom.

Mrs. Wren followed behind them and stopped outside the boys' washroom, "You didn't have to do that." Peter said quietly. Oliver sat up on the counter while Peter grabbed so wet paper towel he washed someone of the blood off his face.

"I couldn't just stand there and do nothing! Peter, you're my friend and I care about you, man! You are like the first real friend, I've ever had." Oliver replied as he lifted Peter's chin, who smiled at Oliver sadly.

"You didn't have to though, I know you could've fought him. What son of a superhero doesn't know how to fight?" he chuckled wiping some blood off Oliver's lip, "What I mean to say is thank you-" Peter pulled him into a hug.

"My dad is so going to freak out when he sees me like this!" Oliver chuckled as Peter rubbed over the bruised part on the boy's cheek, Oliver winced in pain.

"Oh my god! I am so sorry!" Peter apologized, "You weren't the one to cause it, so no biggie!" Oliver smiled at the boy.

Peter began to concentrate pretty hard as he washed over Oliver's eye. "Peter, sweetie, its fine! It's already bruising, it's not like you can bruise it more from washing it with a little water." Peter threw out the last piece of wet paper towel and shoved his hands into his pockets looking for something, he pulled out a couple bandages.

"You never know when you might need a bandage." Peter smiled opening up the packaging, placing one on the bridge of your nose and another your forehead.

"Thanks, Peter! Your dumb bandages did come in handy, I am sorry for calling them dumb earlier today." Oliver chuckled, Peter backed up a little so Oliver could hop down from the counter.

Peter held out his hand for the other boy which he gladly accepted, "Peter, you are such a kid!" Oliver joked directing towards the superhero bandages on his nose.

Peter looked at the other boy and puffed his cheeks like an angry little kid, "I'm joking!" Oliver said as he pulled his shirt a little to show the Spider-Man bandage from earlier today.

"Oh my god, dude! No way!" he started laughing with Oliver and pointing at the bandage on his stomach.

"You ready to go?" Peter asked, Oliver, nodded in reply and made their way out of the washroom to find Mrs. Wren still waiting outside the washroom for them.

"Well wasn't today a great first day?" the teacher giggled, "Are you Oliver Rogers?" she asked.

"Um, yes. Why do you ask?" he asked with a puzzled look taking over his expression. "Well all the teachers were told to keep an eye out for you, with the rest of your situation." she winked at the boy, knowing she meant Oliver's transitioning, he felt a lot safer at the school.

Peter, Mrs. Wren and Oliver made it to the principal's office and knocked on the door, Principal Brown opened the door and brought them into the large office. There sat Flash and what look to be his parents, Aunt May- Peter had shown Oliver pictures- and Steve.

Mr. Brown told the two boy's to sit down in one of the many office chairs, "So Peter? What did you see happen?" the principal asked.

"Well I was packing up my things and as soon as I closed my locker door there was Flash, he started questioning me about the academic decathlon and why I took his spot on the team. Then because the hallways were completely empty, he started back me up into a corner punched me. Once in the cheek and once in the lip- he held me by the collar getting ready to punch me again before Oliver came-" Peter was cut off by Flash.

"That is not what happened!"

"I think I may know what happened," Steve exclaimed causing a confused expression on Mr. Brown's face.

"Okay is this Oliver's side of the story?" he replied before Steve grabbed the backpack he'd brought with him and pulled out Oliver's laptop.

"Nice one, Steve." the boy quietly whispered, Steve had pulled up the video footage from Oliver's hat camera.

He showed Mr. Brown and the legal guardians the clip of what happened which kept recording until Peter had gotten Mrs. Wren when it finally died.

Mr. Brown asked Peter, May, Steve and Oliver to wait outside so he could talk to Flash and his parents. "I thought Tony Stark was your dad," Peter asked as the four waited outside.

"I'll explain later."
